YEAH YOU'RE FREE TO GO WHENEVER YOU'D LIKE, BUT THANK YOU AGAIN FOR COMING DOWN TONIGHT REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR PARTICIPATION. GREAT NIGHT. YEAH. UM NEXT, OUR FRIENDS FROM THE COLUMBUS LIBRARY HERE TO GIVE US A PRESENTATION ABOUT ALL THE THINGS THAT ARE GOING ON THE LIBRARY, WHICH ARE ALWAYS REMARKABLE. THANK YOU, MAYOR, SPRAWLING AND COUNCIL MEMBERS.
SHOULD BE HERE. IT'S A SPECIAL FOR ME TO BE HERE. WE DO HAVE 23 LOCATIONS. OF COURSE THIS IS MY HOME LIBRARY CAN NEVER SAY IT'S MY FAVORITE BECAUSE IT'S PRETTY GOOD LIBRARY. I THINK YOU ALL SAY THAT. WE'RE GETTING AROUND THIS. IN THE LAST TWO QUARTERS IN THIS VERY COUPLE OF REASONS TO ALL THE 10 SCHOOL ISSUES THAT WE SERVE. PART OF THAT IS ABOUT A REMINDER OF WHAT THE LIBRARY OFFERS TO HELP KIDS RECOVER DURING AFTER CODE. EDUCATIONAL LOSS THAT OCCURRED BUT ALSO OVER SUBURBAN COMMUNITIES BECAUSE IT IS THE 150TH ANNIVERSARY. THE ANONYMOUS METROPOLITAN LIFE. WE DO HAVE TO BE ABLE TO SELL SESQUICENTENNIAL TO USE YOUR LIBRARY CARD THIS YEAR. SO JUST IF YOU WANT TO WORK ON THAT UH, A COUPLE OF WORDS ABOUT LIBRARY. FOUND. IN THE CITY HALL INTO MAKING 73 E YEARS AFTER THE CIVIL WAR. AND WHY IS THAT SIGNIFICANT FOR A COUPLE OF REASONS BECAUSE AT THAT TIME. WERE ACTUALLY GOING TO LIBRARIES IN COMMUNITIES THAT WERE SEGREGATED LIFE. I'M SURE OF IT BACK. TALKING ABOUT THE LIBRARY BEING LOANED TO EVERY THE ONSET.
AND I THINK THOSE WORDS WERE SO IMPORTANT THAT WHEN THE FIRST LIBRARY 19 07 ACTUALLY PUT INTO STONE THE FRONT DOOR. OPEN ALL WHICH HAS BEEN THERE, AND I THINK IT REALLY SHAPES AND EXCESS IN THE WORK THAT EVERYONE IN THIS COMMUNITY. ABOUT SOME OF OUR SERVICES, BUT I ALSO COMPANY TONIGHT BY RYAN BURLEIGH, WHO IS THE GLOBALLY BRANCH MANAGER AND WHEN WE TALK 50 YEARS HISTORY PRETTY IMPRESSIVE HISTORY IN WALDEN E. AS WELL. AND SO RYAN'S GOING TO TALK A LITTLE BIT ABOUT
[00:10:06]
THAT SOME OF THE CURRENT SERVICES AND THEN I'LL COME BACK TO WRAP BRIAN WELL, THANK YOU, PAT. UM YES. SO HE FIRST NEW ALBANY BRANCH WAS OPENED IN 1938 ON COUNTY STATION. CONVERSATION LIBRARY, UM AND THEN RELOCATED QUALITY ICELAND 1998. SO YOU MIGHT REMEMBER THE LACQUER. IT WAS ACTUALLY INSIDE VALUE SCHOOL BEFORE A LONG PERIOD OF TIME. THEN YOU GOT WE OPENED UP THE BEAUTIFUL LIBRARY WE HAVE NOW ON MARKET STREET. UM, AND THAT LIBRARY WAS RECENTLY IT'S 2021.SO WE HAVE MORE SPACE FOR TEAMS. SPACE FIRST FLOOR HELPS AT THE LIBRARY. REPLACE UM, SO THE NEW ALBANY BRANCH LIBRARY IS VERY BUSY LIBRARIES. PLACE. I'M VERY PROUD TO BE PART OF WORKED AT THE BRANCH OVER 10 YEARS OF SERVICE MANAGER AND THAT WAS PROMOTED A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO TO THE BRANCH MANAGER POSITION AND YOU'LL SEE IT IN YOUR FOLDER CHIPS, UM, PACKAGE YOU THAT IT SHOWS THE DISTRIBUTION OF CUSTOMERS THAT USE THE LIBRARY CUSTOMERS FROM THROUGHOUT THE COLUMBUS AREA, UM, THAT HOUSTON ALONG THE LIBRARY CITIES INDICATED CUSTOMERS THAT USE THE NEW ORLEANS A SIX MONTH PERIOD AND WE HAVE CUSTOMERS THAT COME THE CITY COMES FROM WALES.
COUNTY JOHNSTOWN CUSTOMERS, SO WE'RE NOT JUST THE SLIDER CUSTOMERS FROM THROUGHOUT THE COLUMBUS REGION MUSEUM THE THIS IS ACTUALLY THE COLUMBUS ONE SIZE FROM ONE SIDE. SHOWING THAT ALBUM FRANKLIN COUNTY, SO IT'S KIND OF AMAZING TO SEE HOW MANY . IN THE AREA. UM AND YOU ALL GET RICH. HAS ISSUED NEARLY 2000 NEW LIBRARY CARDS THIS YEAR WE'VE HAD OVER 2000 SCHOOLS, OPPOSITION ANYBODY SESSION WHERE WE CALL STUDENTS WITH THEIR HOMEWORK HELP KIDS. THEY'RE READING SKILLS AND WE'VE SEEN OVER 87,000 CUSTOMERS THIS YEAR. SO WE HAVE A GREAT USAGE LIBRARY. UM AND WE OFFER. AND THIS SUMMER WILL OFFER OVER 70 PROGRAMS FOR, UM FOR KIDS AUNTIES. WE WILL HAVE THREE PLANS IN THE LIBRARY. GARDEN AREA GROWS RUN SO WE CAN SOMETIMES SEE EACH ONE OF THE 300. PEOPLE COME TO THE STORY TIMES ON WEDNESDAY, SO THEY'RE VERY BUSY AND THE COMMUNITY FOR READING BUDDIES PROGRAM YOU OFFER SESSIONS WITH BATHROBES SUMMER. THAT HIS WORK THROUGH STUDENTS AND HELPS WITH THE BODY DOGS. THE PROGRAM. WHICH IS GREAT, AND THOSE KIDS GET YOU WORK WITH ABOUT RELEASED. ALSO, IT'S VERY VALUABLE PROGRAM. WE JUST STARTED OUR SUMMER READING CHALLENGED PROGRAM, SO THAT'S A PROGRAM. THE GOAL OF HIS TO COMBAT SUMMER SLIDE AND LOST. AND ENCOURAGED KIDS, TEENS AND ADULTS TO READ OVER THE SUMMER.
AND LAST YEAR WE HAD OVER 3300 KIDS PARTICIPATE IN THAT PROGRAM. SO IT'S A VERY. OUT OF USAGE AND WE ARE VERY EXCITED TO BE DOING THAT WE HAVE PROGRAM TODAY WHERE WE HAVE FOR ME.
MEL'S FINAL LIBRARY, KIDS TO COME AND SEE. AND THERE'S A PAIN NAME, BABE. OBVIOUSLY MY PERSONAL FAVORITE IS ONE OF THE 75 75 LIKES TO JUST KIND OF LAY . THERE'S BAD. THAT WAS PERFECT WE HAD TODAY. AH! ONE OF THE PROGRAMS THAT I'M MOST PROUD OF. GREENHOUSE. IN THE LIBRARY FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND THIS PROGRAM HAS BEEN A BIG PART OF MY WORKING LIBRARIES ARE VOLUNTEER PROGRAM. SO THIS SUMMER WILL HAVE OVER 90 TEENS FROM 12 17 LIBRARY CALLED WITH PROGRAMS THEY STORY TIMES. PEOPLE FOR THE SUMMARY CHALLENGE, AND THIS IS THE WAY THAT CHEERS. PAUL 17 CAN LEARN JOB SKILLS. UM AND ALSO JUST GETTING EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE WORK. AS A WEEK THAT GOES BY IN THE SUMMER WHEN WE DON'T HAVE VOLUNTEERS THAT COME BACK. THIRTIES THAT'S TALK ABOUT THEIR EXPERIENCE IN THE VOLUNTEER PROGRAM. JUST RECENTLY , LAST WEEK, I HAD ONE OF OUR VOLUNTEERS YEARS NOW JUST WAS ACCEPTED INTO OUR ISSUE, MADAME , UM AND SHE'S IN HER TWENTIES NOW, BUT STARTED AS A 12 ROOM LIBRARY VOLUNTEERING. ONE OF OUR VOLUNTEERS FROM LAST YEAR. WE GRADUATED PROGRAM JUST GOT ACCEPTED INTO YALE AGAINST SENTENCE, SO IT'S A PROGRAM THAT
[00:15:08]
I HAVE A GREAT DEAL OF PROJECT AND I THINK IT YOU KNOW, WE SEE DOLLARS COMING BACK ALL THE TIME. PERCENT EVERY TIME FOR OVER 20 YEARS. THIS POINT THANK YOU SO MUCH OVER THE PAST.ALBANY BRANCH, AND WE'RE GOOD HANDS HERE LOCALLY WITH BRYANT'S LEADERSHIP, BUT IT WILL BE PROGRAMS ALL YEAR. ASSESSMENT CENTENNIAL BANNER, PROBABLY THE BIGGEST ONE. WE HAVE THE FIRST.
BEFORE YOU OFFER SHOWING THE MAIN LIBRARY FIRST TIME, THE CITY OF COLUMBUS IS ALLOWING ME TO USE TOPIARY PARK FOR FESTIVAL SO WE SHOULD BE DEAD. WE HAVE ALL THE LIBRARIES THROUGHOUT THE CENTRAL AND I OWN ALMOST STORES AND REST AND IT'S GOING TO BE A BIG DEAL. IT'S GOING TO BE A LOT OF FUN. SO MARKET CALENDAR JULY 15 TO 16. I THINK WHAT I WOULD POINT OUT TO YOU BROUGHT THIS LITTLE HANDOUT. LOOK AT IT LATER, BUT A COUPLE OF THINGS ONE IS THE WORK THAT WE TRY TO DO THIS SUPPORT. UM, KIDS BEFORE THEY ACTUALLY WENT TO SCHOOL BECAUSE KINDERGARTEN READINESS IS THE GREATEST PREDICTOR. FOR A GREAT READING PROFICIENCY, SO SYSTEM WIDE. THAT'S SOMETHING THAT WE REALLY LOOKED AT STUDENTS REALLY ABOUT THE SERVICES FOR ALL OF OUR SCHOOLS AND TEACHERS, AND THAT GETS INTO . UNLESS STAGE HAVE YOU TAKE A LOOK AT THAT? IT'S A PRODUCT THAT WE BUY CALLED LINKEDIN LEARNING. LINKEDIN LEARNING OFFERS 17 HIGH QUALITY TRAINING VIDEOS. THEY'RE ABSOLUTELY FREE . WE ARE FORMIDABLE FOR MARKET WITH IN THE OTHER PARTNERS. WE HAVE TO DO THIS FORWARD ABOUT BUT THEY'RE TRYING TO SELL THIS AND WE'D LIKE TO PUT IT ON THE PAPER CONFERENCE SAY AND HAVE ALL OF THE BUSINESSES HAVE ACCESS TO BEGIN. IT'S FABULOUS.
IT'S ALMOST LIMITLESS IN THE SUBJECTS THAT IT COVERS. SO IF YOU THINK ABOUT SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AND CERTIFICATION AND SOME OF THE WORDS PRODUCTS. AND SO I'M SHARING POINT. REALLY? YES, CERTIFICATIONS THROUGH THAT. 24 7 STARTS IS HIGH QUALITY VIDEOS. ALSO SOMETHING THAT. SITTING IN STEPPING ON SOMETHING THAT POTENTIALLY IS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR STAFF TO USE AND THINK ABOUT. GO. YOU KEEP THAT IN MIND AS A RESOURCE THAT IS AVAILABLE TO YOU. THANK YOU CAN'T CONCLUDE MY REMARKS WITHOUT SAYING SOMETHING ABOUT ROSE RUN. WE ARE PARTNERSHIP WITH THE CITY. WOULD YOU WANT TO LET YOU KNOW THAT WE WORKED WITH MOVING ON? WITH THE VARIOUS PROJECTS TO LOOK AT. SURE IT'S THAT WE WOULD CREATE. ON THAT SIDE OF THE BUILDING. THAT'S SOMETHING WE WANT TO BE THINKING ABOUT. YOU THINK IF YOU MEANT TO MANY LIBRARIES SIERRA CONNECTION TO TOPIA APART. TO HEAR, BUT I THINK WE HAVE THAT SAME POTENTIAL, AND IT'S REALLY ABOUT TAKING THE LIBRARY. JUST CREATING CIVIC SPACE TO GO ON WITH THE LIBRARY SPACE, AND I THINK THAT IT'S SUCCESSFUL. LASTLY CANDIDATES AGO, THE LIBRARY BOARD PASSED THE RESOLUTION TO BE ON THE BALLOT AGAIN. THIS WHAT I SAID LAST TIME WAS 2010. JUST AWAITING COMPANY ISSUES ACTUALLY HAD AUTHORIZED BEING ON THE BALLOT. IT'S GOING TO BE A 1.5 BILL.
ADDITIONAL LEVY, WHICH, BECAUSE OF THE NEW ASSESSED VALUATION IS GOING TO DROP IMMEDIATELY TO ABOUT 1.1 MILLS. OH MY GOD. YOU EFFECTIVE JANUARY WILL BE MORE IT COMES OUT I DON'T WANT YOU.
TO LONGER YEAR TONIGHT. BE SURPRISED WHEN YOU SEE THAT IN THAT TALK ABOUT SO I'M SORRY WE TOOK THAT A LOT OF YOUR TIME IN YOUR BUSY THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT. WE APPRECIATE IT ABSOLUTELY QUESTIONS FOR HER PADDLE, RYAN, JUST A STATEMENT AND A QUESTION FIRST. I LOVE STORY TIME. I'LL BE THERE TOMORROW MORNING, SO I THINK YOUR YOUR STAFF THAT RUNS THAT DOESN'T AMAZING JOB. GIVE HIM THE READ. YOU CAN GET ANYONE. THERE'S ONE OF THE CHILDREN ARE THERE. I WAS GONNA SAY THERE'S A LOT OF LITTLE KIDS THERE AND I DON'T KNOW WHY. BUT EVERYONE'S WELL OPENED. IT ALL MIGHT BE THE ONLY GRANDPA THERE, BUT ANYWAYS , THEY DO A GREAT JOB. THE ONLY QUESTION I HAD IS ON THAT LINKEDIN PROGRAM THAT'S ACCESSIBLE AT HOME, RIGHT? YOU CAN ACCESS THAT WHEREVER YOU WANT ANYWHERE. IT'S REALLY UNBELIEVABLE. AND THAT'S WHY WE
[00:20:05]
JUST KEEP TALKING ABOUT BECAUSE WE DON'T PAY ONE ADDITIONAL PENNY. IN HERE AND IT'S A GREAT PRODUCT. OKAY, GREAT. THANKS. UM PAT. THANK YOU. I GREW UP IN REYNOLDSBURG GOING TO THE LIBRARY WHEN I WAS ONE. SO I'VE BEEN USING THE COLUMBUS PUBLIC LIBRARIES MY ENTIRE LIFE AND BY THE WAY, THE NEW ONE. IT'S JUST THE BONES NOW, BUT IT LOOKS LIKE IT'S GOING TO BE AMAZING IN ROSEBURG. YEAH. UM MY KIDS HAVE GONE TO THE NEW ALBANY ONE SINCE THEY WERE, YOU KNOW, ONE YEAR OLD GOING TO STORY TIME AND JUST CURIOUS THE WAY THAT THE LIBRARY'S EVOLVED WITH THE SCREENS AND EVERYTHING YOU WOULD THINK LIBRARIES WILL KIND OF FADE INTO, YOU KNOW OBSCURITY, BUT I GO THERE AFTER SCHOOL AND POP IN AND I FEEL LIKE THERE'S MORE KIDS AT THE LIBRARY NOW THAN MAYBE THERE EVER WAS. SO THE PROGRAMS THAT YOU YOU KNOW THE TEEN CENTER AND WITH THE REMODEL, HAVING KIDS IN THERE WITH ALL THE RESOURCES THEY HAVE, SO, UM FANTASTIC JOB, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. LIBRARIES ALWAYS BEEN A SPECIAL PLACE FOR ME, SAID IT SEES IT. I ENJOY SEEING THE YOUNGER GENERATION ACTUALLY ENJOYING IT AS WELL. WE REALLY EMBRACED THE NOTION OF BEING A COMMUNITY CENTER. CAN TALK ABOUT THIS FOR A LONG TIME. BUT EVEN DURING FOCUS, PEOPLE WOULDN'T KNOW JUST CERTAINLY 350,000 COVID TEST KITS MAY HAVE GRABBED A COUPLE OF BAGS WELL, JUST HOW DO YOU SERVE? SERVICES THAT YOU DON'T NORMALLY PROVIDE . BUT WE HAVE THE RESOURCES TO DO THAT. AND THEN JUST DRIVES ARE THINKING ABOUT THE LIBRARY, SO I APPRECIATE THAT RECOGNITION . THANKS PAT. THANKS EVERYONE. THANK YOU WANT TO SAY WHAT YOU HE'S DONE WITH THE CENTRAL LIBRARY SYSTEM. WOULD YOU JUST TALK ABOUT? IT'S EXACTLY WHAT I'M SO IMPRESSED. I ALWAYS THOUGHT A LIBRARY WAS A PLACE TO GO AND GET A BOOK. SO MAYBE IT'S ELECTRONIC BOOKS. OR MAYBE IT'S EVERYTHING'S FROM MAGAZINES. BUT YOU'VE CREATED A SOCIAL OUTREACH TO PEOPLE WHO NEED IT. THE MOST ALL OF YOUR LIBRARIES ALL THESE PROGRAMS THAT YOU KNOW I'VE SEEN HIM DOING ARE REALLY INCREDIBLE . WE'RE VERY LUCKY TO HAVE YOU IN THE WELCOME ALL YES, VERY PROUD OF YOU. TO HAVE YOU HERE.THANKS. I JUST WANT TO ADD. I WENT. WE FIRST MOVED TO NEW ALBANY. I HAD 15 MONTH OLD FRIENDS. I THINK YOU MIGHT REMEMBER THEM FROM AND BY THE WAY YOU HAVE IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN HIS STORY TIME YET IT WASN'T AMAZING. LIKE THAT IS WHERE I MET ITS FIRST PLACE. NYC REALLY THE ONLY PLACE I WANT TO WIN THE REALLY EARLY DAYS I MET ALL MY MOM'S FRIENDS THERE AND IT REALLY WAS THE BEGINNING OF ME BUILDING MY COMMUNITY HERE, AND I THINK THAT'S JUST BECAUSE OF HOW THE BUILDING IS SET UP AND BECAUSE THE WONDERFUL SERVICES AROUND BECAUSE OF THE WORK THAT YOU DO, SO THANK YOU SO MUCH. RIGHT BACK. HISTORY IS BECAUSE OF THE WONDERFUL PARTNERSHIP WE HAVE WITH OUR BRING IT BACK. THANKS FOR FORGIVING FINDS PAT RYAN. THANK YOU AGAIN SO MUCH FOR COMING TONIGHT TO SHARE SOME MORE INFORMATION WITH US. AND I THINK YOU KNOW WHAT WE'VE ALL BEEN PATRONS AND CONSUMERS OF LIBRARY SERVICES. UM I KNOW IT'S HARD TO BELIEVE THAT THAT COUNCIL MEMBERS FALLS A GRANDPA, LOOK AT THE GUY LOOKS LIKE HE'S 25. BUT YOU KNOW, WE'VE ALL HAD THE CHANCE TO GO TO THE STORY TIME AND I'LL TELL YOU ONE OF THE FUNNIEST THING IS MAYORS TO GO. AND YOU KNOW THE WEEK BEFORE THE ELECTION AND READ THE ELECTION BOOKS TO THE KIDS AND HOW EXCITED THEY ARE TO VOTE AND JUST START THAT PROCESS EARLY AND THAT CIVIL ENGAGEMENT, SO IT'S MORE THAN JUST LEARNING. IT'S MORE THAN JUST READING. IT'S A WHOLE OUTREACH THE COMMUNITY ON IMPORTANT THINGS LIKE LIKE CIVICS, SO APPRECIATE YOUR EFFORTS AGAIN REALLY EXCITED HERE ABOUT THE RENOVATION IN THE BACK? CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THAT. ALRIGHT.
THANKS AGAIN. THANK YOU. ENJOY YOUR COMMUTE WALK HOME. YEAH. ALRIGHT THAT TAKES US TO A PRESENTATION FROM OUR FRIEND ROB ILIGAN REGARDING LIVING NEXT TO A WETLAND. AND IF YOU DON'T MIND MAYOR MY INTRODUCED THIS QUICKLY . SURE UM, YOU GUYS HAVEN'T BEEN DOWN DUBLIN GRANVILLE ROAD LATELY. A LOT HAS HAPPENED. ANNTAYLOR FARM PARK IN THE LAST WEEK. EVEN UH, A LOT OF PROGRESS ON THE PLAYGROUND. UM LANDSCAPE BUFFER HAS BEEN PLANTED ON A SECTION OF THE PARK. THE PASTOR STONE. THE BOARDWALKS ARE IN SO JUST A LOT GOING ON. IT'S VERY DYNAMIC. UM, YOU KNOW, I FEEL LIKE AND I SOMETHING HAPPENS EVERY DAY TO KIND OF CHANGE, AND WE'RE TRYING TO, YOU KNOW, FIGURE OUT JUST HOW TO GET THIS PHASE ONE OPEN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FOR THE COMMUNITY. UM BUT AS ONE OF THE OTHER THINGS WE'RE LEARNING AS THE WETLAND CONSTRUCTION CONTINUES, THE PARK CONSTRUCTION CONTINUES ITS JUST ABOUT ALL THE WILDLIFE AND INSECTS THAT COME WITH HAVING A WETLAND. AND SO WHEN THE WATER OR WITH THE WEATHER WARMED UP EARLIER THIS YEAR, I STARTED HEARING FROM SOME NEIGHBORS THAT LIVE NEXT TO TAYLOR FARM AND JUST GIVING ME SOME VIDEOS AND PICTURES OF THE THINGS THAT THEY'RE EXPERIENCING, SO I REACHED OUT TO SEVERAL DIFFERENT
[00:25:02]
RESOURCES CONNECTED WITH METRO PARKS BECAUSE THEY HAVE A LOT OF EXPERIENCE WITH THESE TYPE OF HABITATS. UM AND CERTAINLY THEY EMPHASIZE THE IMPORTANCE OF HAVING A MATURE WETLAND THAT HAS BOTH INSECTS AND PREDATORS, DIFFERENT INSECTS, BATS, BIRDS. AND REALLY HAVING THIS BALANCED ECOSYSTEM, BUT THEY ALSO REALLY EMPHASIZED THE IMPORTANCE OF EDUCATION. THEIR TAGLINE IS HEALTHY WETLANDS DON'T BITE AND THEY REALLY WANT TO TRY TO DO OUTRAGE REACH TO THE COMMUNITIES THAT ARE AROUND. WETLANDS TO HAVE THEM UNDERSTAND? YOU KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU HAVE THIS SORT OF ENVIRONMENT AND HABITAT NEXT TO YOU. SO WITH THAT IN MIND TO REACH OUT TO THE NEW ALBANY COMPANY WHO BUILT AND AS MONITORING THE WETLANDS AND INVITED MR MILLIGAN HERE TO JUST PROVIDE SOME OF THAT EDUCATION AND INFORMATION, UM, NOT JUST FOR OUR COUNCIL, BUT FOR RESIDENTS AND NEIGHBORS THAT LIVE NEXT TO THE PARK. CERTAINLY ROB HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN NOT JUST TAYLOR FARM, BUT A LOT OF THE WETLAND MITIGATION BANKS THAT ARE HERE IN NEW ALBANY. YOU GUYS KNOW HOW MANY CONSERVATION EASEMENTS YOU SEE? ON YOUR AGENDA. SO YOU KNOW, THERE'S A LOT OF THESE ENVIRONMENTS THAT EXIST IN NEW ALBANY INTERACTIONS GOING TO TAKE YOU THROUGH A LITTLE BIT, PROVIDE A LITTLE BIT OF EDUCATION MATERIAL ABOUT UM, KIND OF WHAT THE VISION FOR THIS WETLAND IS AND WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WHEN YOU LIVE NEXT, THIS KIND OF HABITAT. THAT'S RIGHT.THANKS FOR THE INTRODUCTION AND CHAINED UP THE CONVERSATION. APPRECIATE IT. BEATING IMAGE T ON THE DROUGHT. WE HAVE A LITTLE LIP. SOME I'M JUST CONSULT. BUT . AROUND ONE SO IN JUST THREE PARTS VERSUS PARKER. AND THE DEVELOPING VIOLENCE PARK. PARKS WAS SIMPLY ABOUT SAYING CONSERVATIVE COMMITTEE. SO THROUGHOUT THE CITY, AND NORMALLY WE ACTUALLY HAVE PRESERVED THAT ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE, UM, DEVELOPED AND PRESERVED. SINCE THE 19.
MINUTES. VILLAGE WE HAVE PRESIDENTIAL LOTS THAT THAT. BUSINESS CANVAS ALMOST MAJORITY OF FORESIGHT. 10 YEARS OF THE WELL. OTHERS. PROPERTIES. COMMUNITIES.
COMMUNITY ASSET. GOOD PLACES. TURNER. SIGNED IS REALLY SPECIAL BECAUSE IT IS CULMINATION OF 30 YEARS BUILDING TAKING EVERYTHING. ON THIS. ON THAT SIDE, SO I WOULD SAY IT IS THE PROTOTYPE STATE OF THE ART. FORCES AND WEAPONS. AROUND THE LAST ONES. WATER RELIEF FLIES.
THIS AND ON THIS ONE THAT WE HAVE IS, UM IN THE AREA FOR WATERFOWL. I TOLD MY SON.
FANTASY. DIFFERENT SPECIES THAT SEEM TO BUSINESS. THIS SITE. UM . AND INTO THAT JUST TWO WEEKS AGO. TO SPECIES, SO. EXPECTANCY. HOW LONG WERE IS IT'S NOT FINISHED. NOT FINISHED. THE SITE. UNTIL HIGH. PLAN OUT THERE. WE STILL HAVE THINGS TO SEEING ONE EARLIEST. IT'S A LOT SO EXCITED. MUCH CLOSER TO THE BEGINNING. AND SO UM YOU ARE CERTAINLY. AND IT'S NOT MATURE.
IT'S NOT. OBVIOUSLY, THAT WILL COME IN. HE WAS SYSTEM HEALTH. DOWN SOUTH.
[00:30:16]
THE SITE. THE CONSTRUCTION. AND SO STERN. MY STARTS TO GROW AND EXPECT TO SEE THAT. YES. CLEARLY RECOGNIZED THAT VERY FRUSTRATING. INSIDE DO YOU WANT TO CONTACT? THAT'S WHY I THINK THIS WILL HAPPEN. UM. THERE ARE TRULY IMPORTANT. A TAKE UP NUTRIENTS AND THEN THEY ARE PART OF THE FINISHING HUMAN WATER. YES. RATING FROM THE SOURCE, BUT HONESTLY WHEN HE FIGHTS RIGHT? UM HATE THE REASON FOR THIS BECAUSE THIS IS THE FARM FIELD. PASTOR. ASSUMES THE LAST.SUSPECTING. SPIKE. ON THAT SITE. A WISER MAN. IT'S GOT WIRE. INTO THIS. JUST SEEN IT. RIGHT, SO TREES AND ALL SO I DON'T EXPECT . AS THAT SAME INSURERS AND IT HAS VERY YOU'RE ARSEHOLE. FOR THAT SITE. TAPE SOME OF THIS EXCESS NUTRIENTS. PASS. A LOT OF THE LESS SPECIES. RECORDS. TAXI ON SITE. STABILIZE THIS. GET THIS SIDE. DEMONSTRATION. LAURA TAYLOR. SO PEACE.
BIG HANDS. SCHOOL. THE STREET. THERE IS A CONCEPT. WORDS. IT COMES BARELY ON FEEDING AWAY FROM BUT THIS IS 2002 PICTURE. THIS IS SURE. FORCES AND SUGAR. AUDIENCE. THIS IS KIND OF. I LIKE TO USE THIS THING. SURE. ADJACENT TO THE US. THE NEXT ITEM IS JUST STATEMENT WEEKS AGO. HIS SON. I'M NOT SAYING SIX. I REALIZED THIS IS NOT. A YEAR OR TWO. LOOK ABOUT THE CHURCH. IF YOU WANT. IMMEDIATE THINGS THAT COULD BE USED TO ADDRESS THINGS LIKE YEARS. THERE'S NOT. HER AND SAW THESE NATIONS ARE FAMILIES STREAM. OF COURSE, LIGHTS. THE NICE THINGS ABOUT HAMPSTEAD. IT WASN'T SPECIAL. HE SURVIVED. WHAT IS WRONG? BACK.
[00:35:03]
SO ONE THING THAT THE LITERATURE TALKS ABOUT AND SLIDE. CULTURAL PATROL. IT COULD HAPPEN ABOUT THE SECOND. THE USE OF INSECTICIDES HAS TO SCIENCE. DIFFERENT COST SOLUTION OF THIS SPECIES. THAT STUPID ADULTS. UM . DON'T FIGHT. FRUSTRATING. THE FORMER PAST ASIDES TREATY.SPRAY. TO SAY IT FELT. ANYWAY, SO IT'S NOT. TWO. SPRAYING. WHICH IS IT IS VERY DIFFICULT.
BECAUSE. SATISFIED SPRING. MY SIDE. BUILDING SOMETHING THAT'S TRUE QUALITY SPRINGS ASIDE. THE SECOND REASON IT DOES. A SIGN THAT HOLDS AND COMING BACK. AND SAT BESIDES, OR PESTICIDES TO BE SPRAYED. YESTERDAY. PAST THE SITE. AND SOME PEOPLE NOT. SPRAY. SOCIAL ON THE OUTSIDE. SO . IT'S CERTAINLY ANSWER QUESTIONS. SO, ROBIN, YOU TALKED ABOUT THE SITE MATURING OVERTIME AND OTHER SPECIES ARE ARRIVING AND BEING ABLE TO SORT OF MITIGATE THOSE, UH YOU KNOW, OUTBURST AND MIDGE POPULATIONS. IS THERE ANYTHING YOU CAN INTRODUCE? INTERMITTENTLY? I MEAN DRAGONFLIES. THAT COULD BE SUSTAINABLE IN THAT ENVIRONMENT. YEAH. GOOD QUESTION. DEFIED CATEGORY CAT. ABOUT MARTIN HOUSE, MARTIN HOUSES YOU CAN CERTAINLY DO. THINGS INCREASED.
THEY HAVE THAT HOUSE IS, YEAH. HOUSES. UM. BOXES SCATTERED ALL OVER NOT SEEN THAT BOX. BUT.
THINGS TO HELP US. THE BEST THING. JUST IN THE MEDITATION SURE HAS STARTED TAKING INSIDE.
SO CAN I CAN I EXPECT THE IMAGES NOW, BUT LATER MOSQUITOES WITHOUT IS THAT GOING TO BE AN INCREASING PROBLEM? THE RESIDENTS THERE, RIGHT, YOU KNOW. ACTUALLY STILL ALIVE. AND GET THIS TOP ON MOSQUITOES. UM SO. IS. 40 MINUTES STUDIES. DIVORCE IN STUDIO WITH ME. WATER BASIN. GET INTO THAT. THIS OBVIOUSLY. IMPORTANT. MOSQUITO PROBLEMS. IT'S SUMMER. AND HE SAID THAT. COMPLAINTS WERE. THE COUNCIL WOULD CUT THE COUNTY WILL COME THROUGH FROM TIME TO TIME SPRAY FROM MOSQUITOES. IF THEY GO THROUGH THAT NEIGHBORHOOD, WILL THAT HAVE ANY IMPACT? ALL OF BECAUSE OF THE TYPE OF WETLANDS ARE THERE ON THE MOSQUITO POPULATION OR WILL THAT HAVE ANY IMPACT AT ALL? BECAUSE THERE'S PROBABLY GONNA BE A LARGE POPULATION WITH WETLANDS BEHIND THAT. AREA. I WOULDN'T BE CONCERNED. SPRAYING DROP. TO TELL YOU IT'S STRANGE.
[00:40:01]
SO THE SPRAYING. ALL THE NICE. SO AT THIS TIME COULD WE DO SOME SORT OF FOGGY? COURSE THOSE PEOPLE IF THEY WANTED IT ON THE PART OF THEIR MANDATE BUFFERS TO THE WETLAND. WAS THAT BETTER FOR THEM. BUT THERE'S JUST MOSQUITO FOGGING. TREAT MAGES ASKING ABOUT? YEAH NOT JUST TALKING ABOUT MOSQUITOES RIGHT NOW. WE'VE GOT THIS MITCH PROBLEM WE COULD DO THAT WOULDN'T BE ON THE WETLAND, BUT WE GIVE THEM A BUFFER ZONE SORT OF. I THINK THERE IS MOST EFFECTIVE SPRAYING IS THE STRANGE STRUCTURES. DECISION EXCEPT ASIDE. THANK YOU. NOBODY SAY THAT. AND WHAT ABOUT. THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE THERE. ARE THEY GOING TO FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THIS? DO WE KNOW ABOUT SAFETY OF THESE PRODUCTS AND WHAT THIS DOES FOR THEM AND THEIR CHILDREN? AND I DON'T KNOW THE ANSWER. SO IS THERE A WAY TO FIND THAT OUT? QUESTION YOU TALKED ABOUT THE ADULTS ARE LIVING 3 TO 5 DAYS. WHAT'S THE LIFE EXPECTANCY OR SEASONALITY OF THESE MIDGETS. IS THIS SOMETHING THAT'S ALL SUMMER JUST GOING TO BE WITH US UNTIL IT GETS COLD? OR IS IT A CERTAIN SEASON WHEN THEY BREED AND POPULATE OR WITH SUCH A SHORT LIFE CYCLE MUST BE ONGOING.PASSWORD ON THE SUBWAY. IT HAS NOT EVERY COUPLE WEEKS ABOUT THIS AND FOR BY. THE COMMON WORLD CAUSE SPIKES. IN HIS SPINE. SIX OR EIGHT. AND IT SEEMS TO SAY THIS IS ENORMOUS.
FOR ALL THE SUMMER. NOT SOMETHING AWESOME. AT A CERTAIN SPEED. ASPECT. OKAY? YOU INDICATED. ULTIMATELY, WE JUST NEED TO LET IT MATURE. ARE WE LOOKING AT? 10 YEARS TO CALL IT MATURE. WE'RE LOOKING AT TWO YEARS LIKE WHAT WOULD BE YOUR WITH THE EXPERIENCE WITH VOTER AND THE OTHER ONES IN NEW ALBANY. MEDICATION. OUT THROUGH JESUS. WEAPONS AND IT'S HAPPENED TO YOU. MARKER SEX PART OF THE PART. 80% A PLACE WHERE IT'S EXPECT THIS TIME. AS FAR AS THE POPULATIONS. MAGIC NOW LIVE ON HAMPSTEAD AND YOU'RE BACKING UP THE FLOOR.
PROBABLY CONSIDER THAT MINUTE. HUMANITY TO YOUR PROPERTY. GENERALLY SPEAKING, BECAUSE YOU HAVE A NATURAL WETLANDS, BEAUTIFUL NATURAL. IN MID SECTS BECAUSE IT'S A MATURE IT'S A MATURE ENVIRONMENT THERE THAT THE INSECTS AREN'T MUCH OF A PROBLEM. I WOULD ASSUME, BUT WE DON'T HEAR FROM FOLKS AT HAMPSTEAD. ABOUT VOTER. SCHOOL ABOUT YEAH. FOOTBALL STADIUM.
THERE ARE A LOT OF PLACES I HAVE HIS WORK. IT'S ABOUT THIS. MY HOPE IS THAT THAT WILL BE FOUND AS AN AMENITY TO THE RESIDENTS THAT ARE CONCERNED CURRENTLY. ONCE THE PART OF MATURES. THE INSECT POPULATION IS MORE THAN ONIONS. IT'S A SPECIAL THING HAS SOMETHING THIS LARGE? MR GRUBER'S HELP THE CITY THAT'S SUPER ACCESSIBLE. INVOLVEMENT TRAILS. IT IS. WE HAVE SOMETHING HERE THAT COMMUNITIES COULD SAY THAT THEY HAVE YES. PAST SUMMITS. YEAH, I AGREE. THANKS.
THE QUESTIONS, ROB I APPRECIATE THE UPDATE. DR LYNCH. GOOD EVENING. WELCOME BACK. DIDN'T
[00:45:09]
YOU COME TALK TO US OR IN COVID? NO MAYBE ONLINE WHEN WE WERE DOING VIRTUAL MEETINGS. OKAY? READ HERE. IRISH WELL, WELCOME. UM. THAT, YOU KNOW, I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ELSE. INDEED THE INSECT. HMM. ONE. WOULD LOVE IT. FOR ALL REALLY THRILLED. WE ARE GREAT THINGS HERE. AH! THE CONCERN. AS THE PROJECT. OKAY, I SHOULD SAY EVERYWHERE, EVERYONE. ADRIAN. I AM FURTHER COLLECT.OKAY. ALL SET. YEAH. I KNOW. WELCOME BETTER. SO BUT ANYWAY. SO THE ISSUE IS STUFF. WELCOME IS. THING YOU SAID IT SEEMS LIKE A LOT OF TIME. FROM ALGAE AS WELL AND THIS PROBLEM STARTED LAST YEAR. HOLIDAY SONG THAT. UM AND THIS IS ACTUALLY. WHY AROUND FROM LIKE, PROBABLY MADE THAT LAST YEAR NAME FIRE. BECAUSE THEY WERE SCATTERED. I WILL SAY THAT OUR NAME THAT GREAT ALWAYS HAD. ISSUES WITH THIS, THAT'S ALL OOPS. IN THE US HAVE HAD RIGHT, SO BUT THEY MAY. THIS YEAR. IN BLACK. AND ABOVE SLIDING AROUND. NO. FOR ANOTHER. ADRIAN. PROBLEM LIKE IT'S NOT BEING DONE ABOUT IT. THESE MEASURES YOU MENTIONED HERE. MY DEAR. AND SO I. START READING.

[7. BOARD/COMMISSION REPORTS]
PUBLIC ADDRESS COUNCIL ON THE MATTER? ALL RIGHT, THEN WE'LL GO AHEAD AND MOVE ON TO BOARDING COMMISSION REPORTS PLANNING COMMISSION AND THE UPDATE FROM THE PLANET, MEETING PARKS AND TRAILS NO MEANING. AIR B NO MEETING A MEETING SUSTAINABLE ADVISORY BOARD MEETING OH BOY IMPLEMENTATION PANEL TO TALK ABOUT BUT WELL, SO BUT THE FIRST OBVIOUSLY THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT WE HAVE OUR BIG JUNETEENTH CELEBRATION COMING UP AND WE'RE REALLY EXCITED ABOUT IT. WE'VE GOT A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT ARE REALLY PUMPED ABOUT A LOT OF RESIDENTS THAT ARE REALLY PUMPED ABOUT TAKING PART IN THIS BEING A PART OF BRINGING IT TOGETHER AND HOPING IT EVOLVED, AND ADRIAN AND ABBY HAVE WORKED VERY HARD TO PUT IT TOGETHER. REALLY IMPRESSED. I HOPE EVERYBODY WILL COME OUT AND SUPPORT IT. IT'S FROM 4 TO 8 ON MONDAY, JUNE 19TH, WHICH IS A FEDERAL HOLIDAY. AND IT SHOULD BE JUST A LOT OF FUN, AND IT WILL BE ONE OF THE FIRST THINGS REALLY THAT WE'RE DOING IN TERMS OF THE CELEBRATORY. FESTIVAL TYPE OF THINGS THAT WE'VE TALKED ABOUT DOING SO, UM, AND LATER ON , WE'LL TALK ABOUT THE PANEL AND CANDIDATES FOR THAT. THAT'S GOING TO BE AT THE MEETING WILL BE AT THE EMPATHY ATTAR THE BEAUTY OF THIS EVENT, AND I KNOW THAT WE WILL CONTINUE AS WE PLAN OUR OTHER TWO EVENTS, WHICH IS THE FAMILY FUN DAY AT THE MIRACLE LEAGUE FIELD. AND WALLY . UM IS THE FOCUS GROUP. BUT REALLY, UM, HAVE VOTED SO MUCH TIME AND THE RESOURCES TO MAKE THIS EVENT REALLY AUTHENTIC AND PEOPLE UM, BUT IT IS NOT GOING TO BE AS BIG AS A SUCCESS AS IT COULD BE. IF WE DON'T GET PEOPLE THERE, SO I REALLY NEED ALL OF YOU TO TALK TO YOUR FRIENDS. BRING PEOPLE THERE. IT'S GOING TO BE EIGHT. THIS IS TOP NOTCH FIRST CLASS, WONDERFUL EVENT. I THINK THAT PERFORMERS THAT WE'VE HIGHER THE THAT THAT EVENT SO IT HAS. IT'S GOING TO BE REALLY HIGH QUALITY. UM KIDS PROGRAMMING. THE STUDENTS HAVE, UM, VOLUNTEERED FOR, UH, TO HELP WITH CRAFTS AND, UM, SOME OF OUR FRIENDS INTEL EXCITED ABOUT COMING, SO I REALLY I'M GOING TO REMIND YOU AT THE NEXT MEETING, TOO. BUT I'D LIKE TO DO THAT.MAKE SURE THAT YOU KNOW EVERYBODY IS HERE. I THINK WE'VE MEDICINE IN REPRESENTATION TO REMEMBER RIGHT ANYWAY SLASH FACEBOOK IS SENDING REPRESENTATION AS WELL. I THOUGHT DIDN'T THAT COME FROM ABBY AND YOU? I THOUGHT MAYBE IT WAS FROM ABBY. UM YEAH, THERE'S
[01:00:02]
JUST A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT ARE EXCITED ABOUT US DOING THIS KIND OF THING. IT REMINDED ME A LOT OF, UH WHAT WAS SAID WHEN WE HAD THE PRIDE PLUCK PROCLAMATION. IT'S EXACTLY WHAT WE'VE ALL BEEN TALKING ABOUT MAKING A COMMUNITY WHERE EVERYONE WHO WORKS HERE LIVES HERE OR PLAYS HERE FEELS WELCOME HERE, AND I THINK THIS IS OPPORTUNITY FOR THAT. THAT'S GOING TO BE REALLY GREAT. SO YEAH, AND WE COULD USE THE SUPPORT FOR SURE. GREAT, GREAT. ALRIGHT UM, THE CEMETERY RESTORATION ADVISORY BOARD AND NO MEANING. AND WE HAD A MEETING OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS COMMISSION AND, OF COURSE, SPONSOR COMMUNICATION RECEIVED FROM COUNCIL SINCE OUR LAST MEETING,[9. SECOND READING OF ORDINANCES AND PUBLIC HEARING]
ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO PROVIDE AN UPDATE ON SECOND READING OF ORDINANCES AND PUBLIC HEARING ORDERS 76 2023 NEW ORGANS TO ACCEPT THE WATER LINE CENTER, SEWER STREET AND STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS AND OCCURRENCES THERE, TOO, FOR WOODHAVEN, AS REQUESTED BY BOB WOOD HOMES THANK YOU, MAYOR. CITY STAFF REQUESTS THAT THIS ORDINANCE BE TABLED UNTIL THE JUNE 20TH COUNCIL MEDIA JUNE 20TH. ANY UPDATE FOR ME? WAS IT THE GAS COMPANY THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO PUT IN THE GAS LINE IS THAT PROCESS MOVED FORWARD IN ANY WAY. NO UPDATE. OKAY, THAT'S UNFORTUNATE. ALL RIGHT. ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THE REQUEST THE TABLE THEN I WOULD MOVE THAT WE TABLE ORDINANCE 0 76 2023 TO OUR MEETING ON JUNE 20TH. RESPONDING. COUNCIL MEMBER KISS YES, COUNCIL MEMBER BRISK. YES DEREK? YES YES, YES, YES! YES POSTER THAT ORDINANCE TO TABLE ORGANS 0 76 2023 TO THE JUNE 20 MEETING. INTRODUCTION AND FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES. WE HAVE[11. RESOLUTIONS AND PUBLIC HEARING]
NONE ON TONIGHT'S AGENDA, WHICH SEX IS TWO RESOLUTIONS IN PUBLIC HEARINGS RESOLUTION ARE 27 2023 OF RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE CITY MANAGER INTO ANY AND ALL CONTRACTS FOR THE PURCHASE AND UP FITTING OF TWO TON DUMP TRUCKS AND ONE TANDEM AXLE DUMP TRUCK. MR BARK. THANK YOU, MAYOR. SO WE ARE REQUESTING PERMISSION TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL THREE ADDITIONAL.WE'RE REQUESTING TO PURCHASE A ONE ADDITIONAL SNOW TRUCK. AND AS WELL AS REPLACING TWO OF OUR EXISTING TRUCKS FOR A TOTAL PURCHASE OF THREE WE HAVE A TWO TON DUMP TRUCK AND A TANDEM DUMP TRUCK THAT ARE NEARING THE END OF THEIR USEFUL LIFE. AT THIS POINT IN TIME TO DEMAND FOR THE TRUCKS IS VERY HIGH, AND EVEN WITH PLACING AN ORDER TODAY OR TOMORROW WILL PROBABLY NOT GOING TO SEE ANYTHING UNTIL BETWEEN 15 AND 18 MONTHS FROM NOW, SO WE ARE NOT LIKELY TO HAVE ANY OF THESE TRUCKS FOR OUR NEXT SNOW SEASON. UM THE TRUCKS ARE NEEDED TO SUPPORT THE CONTINUED GROWTH OF THE CITY AS LONG AS AS WELL AS OUR YEAR ROUND OPERATIONS, BUT PRIMARILY THEY'RE USED FOR SNOW AND ICE CONTROL. AS YOU KNOW, WE'VE SEEN PRETTY RAPID GROWTH OF THE COMMUNITY OVER THE PAST YEAR AND PARTICULAR. LAST YEAR, WE ASSUMED AN ADDITIONAL 35 LANE MILES OF ROADWAY PRIMARILY IN OUR BUSINESS CAMPUS AREA. IN RESPONSE TO THAT WE DID PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL SNOW ROUTE . INTERESTINGLY ENOUGH, THAT ROUTE WAS ADDED WITHIN OUR RESIDENTIAL CORE AREA. WE KIND OF EXPANDED SOME OF THE BUSINESS CAMPUS ROUTES. BUT THE ADDITIONAL ROUTE WAS ADDED IN OUR RESIDENTIAL AREAS SO THAT WE'RE RESPONDING AND OUR RESIDENTS ARE SEEING THAT RESPONSE SOONER. UM AND SO WE'RE JUST LOOKING TO KEEP UP AND MAINTAIN THAT HIGH STANDARD THAT HAS BEEN SET FOR SO MANY YEARS. UM THE TRUCKS WILL BE PURCHASED THROUGH AN O DOT COOPERATIVE PURCHASING PROGRAM, AND BASICALLY THAT IS JUST THE BASE OF THE TRUCK CHASSIS OF THE TRUCK. FROM THERE. THERE'S AN UP FITTING PACKAGE THAT IS EQUIPPED THEM WITH THEIR THEIR DUMP BEDS.
ALL THE HYDRAULIC PACKAGES. ALL OF THE EQUIPMENT AND IMPERTINENCE IS RELATED TO, UH SNOWPLOWS. NO TREATMENT, SALT SPREADERS. UM ALL OF THE ALL THAT EQUIPMENT THAT IS WHAT IS CONSIDERED THE UP FITTING OF THE TRUCK CHASSIS. ALL OF THAT WILL BE PURCHASED THROUGH OUR NATIONAL PURCHASING PARTNER CONTRACT THAT WE HAVE. UM, A COST FOR A TWO TON DUMP TRUCK IS 262,863. AND A TANDEM AXLE DUMP TRUCK IS 328,000. $602 IT'S IMPORTANT THAT WE HAVE YOU KNOW, RIGHT NOW WE HAVE TWO TANDEM AXLE DUMP TRUCKS. THE REASON THE TANDEM AXLE DUMP TRUCKS ARE IMPORTANT TO US IS BECAUSE PARTICULARLY AS OUR BUSINESS CAMPUS GROWS, THERE IS MORE SALT NEEDED FURTHER AWAY FROM OUR SALT BARN. SO IT THEY CAN CARRY TWICE THE CAPACITY SEVEN TONS OF
[01:05:04]
SALT 14 TONS OF SALT VERSUS SEVEN TIMES, WHICH IS WHAT OUR SINGLE AXLE DUMP TRUCKS CAN CARRY. AND IT'S JUST NEEDED IN ORDER TO PROVIDE THAT TIMELY RESPONSE OUT TO OUR BUSINESS CAMPUS ON MORE OF THE PERIPHERAL AREAS OF THE CITY, SO THAT'S THE REASON FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN THE TRUCKS. I'M HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY ANY QUESTIONS THAT YOU MIGHT HAVE FUNNY FOR. THIS REQUEST WAS APPROVED IN OUR 2023 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT, CAPITAL EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT BUDGET. AND PROVIDED FOR IN THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE. SO ANY QUESTIONS, 1 61 IS EXPANDED TO SIX LANES WHERE YOU HAVE THE APPROPRIATE EQUIPMENT TO MANAGE THAT. YES AND IN FACT THIS YEAR, SO OH, DOT DOES DO SOME PLOWING OF 1 61 . THEY'RE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SAME STANDARD OF SERVICE THAT WE PROVIDE. SO WE HAVE BASICALLY ASSUMED THAT AS PART OF OUR PART OF OUR ROUTES UM AND YES, SO WE'RE ADDING, YOU KNOW, THEY'RE ADDING AN ADDITIONAL LANE. SO, UM, THE LANE ADDITION WILL ACTUALLY STOP AT US, 62. SO WE DO PLOW BETWEEN US 62 AND NEW ALBANY ROAD EAST EVEN THOUGH PORTION OF IT IS NOT WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW ORLEANS. IT JUST MAKES SENSE FROM A TURNAROUND LOCATION. UM SO ONLY ONLY A SMALL PORTION OF THAT ADDITIONAL LANE WILL TECHNICALLY BE WITHIN THE CORPORATE BOUNDARY. IT DOES NOT. IT WILL NOT EXTEND TO THREE LANES BEYOND 62 WITH THIS CURRENT PROJECTS. AND JUST ANYWAY, I. AND THEN WE'RE GONNA SELL THE OLD EQUIPMENT OF SURPLUS OR YEAH. SO WE ARE DONE DUMP TRUCK. SO JUST SO YOU KNOW , I YOU KNOW, BOTH OF THEM WOULD PROBABLY DRAW SOMEWHERE IN THE 50 TO $60,000 RANGE NOW ON OUR GOVERNMENT AUCTION SITE THAT WE WOULD USE. WE'RE RUNNING PRETTY THIN RIGHT NOW. WE'VE GOT 10 SNOW TRUCKS AND I HAD 10 SNOW ROUTES LAST YEAR, SO WE DID NOT HAVE A SPARE AND WHAT WE'RE PROBABLY GOING TO DO AND TALK WITH JOE ABOUT THIS IS HANGING ON TO ONE OR TWO SO THAT WE HAVE YOU KNOW, AND OBVIOUSLY BASED ON LEAD TIME. WE NEED TO HOLD ON FOR A WHILE ANYWAY, BUT EVEN WHEN WE GET THE NEW TRUCKS, WE WILL LIKELY HOLD ONTO A COUPLE TO ENSURE THINGS HAPPEN EVEN TO OUR NEW TRUCKS DURING, YOU KNOW, A SNOW EVENT OR SOME OTHER OPERATION. IT'S IMPORTANT TO HAVE PLAN B IN PLACE, AND, UH, THAT'S WHAT WE'LL BE DOING SO EVENTUALLY THEY WILL BE SOLD. I DON'T NOT LIKELY WITHIN NEXT.YEAR 22 BUT BUT THAT IS THE INTENT THAT IT WOULD IT WOULD BE SOLD. ALRIGHT. ANY OTHER QUESTIONS ON RESOLUTION ARE 27. ALL BUDGETED RIGHT? MHM CORRECT . OPEN THE PUBLIC HEARING WHERE ANYONE FROM THE PUBLIC LIKE TO SPEAK REGARDING RESOLUTION ARE 27. NO PUBLIC COMMENT WILL CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING ISRAELI MOTION ON THE RESOLUTION FOR ADOPTION OF RESOLUTIONS ARE 27 20 22ND. COUNCIL MEMBER WILL TRAVEL YES. COUNCIL MEMBER DEREK CHARLES? YES, YES. COUNCIL MEMBER, FELLAS? YES RISK? YES YES, YES POSITION ARE 27 2023 RESOLUTION ARE 28 2023 A RESOLUTION OF PROVING AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A THIRD AMENDMENT TO AN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH NEW ALBANY HOTEL ASSOCIATES LLC. THE SECOND. THANK YOU, MAYOR. IN 2009 AND 2010, BOTH RESIDENTIAL AND CORPORATE CITIZENS RATED A LOCAL HOTEL IS A TOUGH DESIRE AMENITY FOR THE COMMUNITY. HOWEVER THE ECONOMIC, THE ECONOMY AND THE STRUGGLING, UM EXCUSE ME THAT THE ECONOMY WAS STRUGGLING, AND THE DEMOGRAPHICS OF THE CITY DID NOT SUPPORT THE TYPICAL MODEL THAT MANY CORPORATE HOTEL CHAINS USED TO GUIDE AS INVESTMENT. NEW ALBANY HOTEL ASSOCIATES. ADDLE LCD, BASED IN OXFORD, OHIO, VISIT NEW ALBANY TO EVALUATE THE VIABILITY OF A HOTEL DEVELOPMENT. SINCE THE COMPANY IS PRIVATELY OWNED EDMONDS WILLING TO TAKE THE RISK TO INVEST IN NEW ALBANY, THE CITY OFFERED A 10 YEAR ECONOMIC INCENTIVE IN THE AMOUNT OF 50% OF THE COLLECTED BED TAX IF THE HOTEL GENERATED A MINIMUM OF $200,000 PER YEAR IN BED TAX REVENUE. THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE EXCUSE ME. THE DEVELOPER PERSEVERED THROUGH A RECESSIVE ECONOMY AND SUCCESSFULLY OPENED THE HOTEL IN 2013. THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT HAS BEEN AMENDED TWICE TO ACCURATELY DEFINE THE OPENING DATE OF THE HOTEL, WHICH WAS A TRIGGER FOR THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE INCENTIVE. DURING THE PANDEMIC, THE TRAVEL AND LODGING INDUSTRY WITH SEVERELY AFFECTED AND NEW ALBANY. HOTEL ASSOCIATES LLC DID NOT MEET THE $200,000 BENCHMARK FOR INCENTIVES IN 2020 21. THIS AMENDMENT EXTENDS THE TERM OF THE AGREEMENT FOR ONE ADDITIONAL YEAR. CITY STAFF BELIEVES THIS IS AN EQUITABLE SOLUTION FOR A PARTNER THAT WAS WILLING TO TAKE A RISK AND A RECESSIVE ECONOMY AND BUILD A HOTEL HERE IN NEW ALBANY. I'M HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. THIS RESOLUTION CAN BE ADOPTED TONIGHT. HOTEL ARE WE TALKING ABOUT? IT'S THE

STANDING COMMITTEE REPORT? REPORTS OF REPRESENTATIVES JOINING OF THE EMERGENCY MEETING. PARTISAN TRAIL. EXCUSE ME POINT PARKS. YES ACTUALLY, THEY HAD A MEETING. THERE'S A COUPLE OF THINGS HERE IN THE HEAD YESTERDAY. THAT KIND OF APPLY TO THE CITY ONE. THERE IS A RESOLUTION THAT. IS AUTHORIZED FOR DAVE AWARD AND HE SIGNED THE LEASE FROM THE CITY OF NEW ORLEANS 30 ACRES, SO THEY DID AUTHORIZE THAT HE SIGNED RIGHT NOW, SO THEY DO. THEY DID COMPLETE THAT. UH SECOND AS IT RELATES TO THE PICKLE BALL COURTS. THEY HAVE A SHELTER THAT THEY'RE GOING TO BUILD IN THE BLUE ZONE. I THINK EVERYONE HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO SEE THE PLANS THAT SECOND RENDITION. I THINK IT'S REALLY NICE. IT'S GOOD LOCATION. I THINK IT'S WELL DESIGNED. THERE'S A COUPLE OF THINGS THAT THEY NEED TO TWEAK STILL, BUT I THINK EVENTUALLY IT WILL OFFER SOME UM, FOR RESTROOMS OUT THERE FOR EVERYBODY IN THE NEWS BOOK, BOSS, I THINK IT WOULD BE NICE. UM PROBABLY, UM. YOU KNOW, MAYBE IN OPERATION NEXT YEAR, MORE THAN LIKELY STILL HAVE SOME THINGS TO WORK THROUGH ON THAT. THERE'S A COUPLE OF CONCERNS THEY HAVE THAT COULD KIND OF SPILLOVER INTO OUR PICKLEBALL COURT AREA. THERE'S THREE CONCERNS THAT THEY HAVE, AND I'M WORKING WITH BEN RIGHT NOW, ON SOME LANGUAGE ON SOME SIGNAGE OUT THERE ONE. THEY'RE HAVING SOME ISSUES WITH SOME GOLF CARTS. IN THE PARK. PEOPLE ARE DRIVING GOLF CARTS AND JUST DRIVE IT UP TO THE FIELDS AND EVERYTHING. IT'S STARTING TO BECOME. MORE OF AN ISSUE, AND THEY WERE JUST KIND OF WARNING US THAT THAT POTENTIALLY COULD HAPPEN. PICKLEBALL COURTS AS WELL, UM, SINGLE, THINK ABOUT HOW TO ADDRESS THAT. UM, ARE YOU CONCERNED ABOUT PARKING OR JUST ADDITIONAL VEHICLE? TRAFFIC UH, YES. AND NO. UM THEY JUST THEY DON'T PARK THEM. THEY JUST DRIVE RIGHT UP TO LINK THE BACKSTOP OF THESE BODIES. ARE THE ONLY EVEN PARK HIM IN LIKE THE PARKING LOT , AND SO THEY'RE WONDERING IF THAT MIGHT EVEN HAPPEN AT PICKLEBALL COURTS, RELIGIOUS DRIVING RIGHT PAST IT AND MAYBE JUST DRAGGED RIGHT UP TO THIS NEW SHELTER HOUSE AND PARK IT RIGHT THERE. SO THERE IT'S ON THE RADAR RIGHT NOW. THEY'RE TRYING TO SEE HOW TO ADDRESS THAT. WE UH, A COUPLE WEEKS AGO WE MET WITH DAVE MORTON ABOUT THAT THAT ISSUE. AND GAVE US SOME IDEAS AND SOME SOME COPIES OF WHAT SOME OTHER CITIES HAVE DONE. AND I THINK HE WAS GONNA TAKE THAT BACK AND CONSIDER IT AND THEN TOUCH BASE WITH US AGAIN. SO JUST GIVE YOU A HEADS UP THAT MIGHT SPILL OVER INTO OUR AREA AS WELL. IN CHIEF. IF SOMEONE DOES HAVE A ELECTRIC VEHICLE. I CAN'T REMEMBER THERE'S CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS ON THIS UNDER SPEED. THANK YOU, UM THEY HAVE TO BE REGISTERED. WOULD ANY PD HAS TO GO THROUGH A SAFETY CHECK. SO THEY HAVE TO GO THROUGH INSPECTION. THEY CAN TAKE THAT INSPECTION THAT GO TO THE B AND B AND GIVE PLAY SPORT CAN OPERATE THOSE ON ROADWAYS. 35 MPH SLOWER AND THEY CAN ALSO CROSS ROADS THAT HAVE A HIGHER SPEED WITH IT. SO ONE OF THE THINGS ABOUT THE PARK IS THAT WE TALKED ABOUT HOW THEY'RE GOING TO GET TO THE PARK AND SO THEY'RE LEGALLY ALLOWED TO LIKE CROSSOVER WALNUT STREET OR CORRECT. THEIR UM ONE OF THE THINGS WE HAD TALKED ABOUT IS, UM IS CONCERNED FOR NOT ONLY BEEF HAMBURG PARK BUT OTHER PARTS AS WELL. AND WE TALKED ABOUT THE WAY THE ORDINANCES WRITTEN IS THEY CAN'T OPERATE THOSE CENTRAL VEHICLES ON THE PAST. UM, IF THERE'S SIGNS PROHIBITING IT WELL, OBVIOUSLY, WE HAVEN'T DONE THAT TO THE MILES AND MILES OF PASSENGER BUT THAT MAYBE WE LOOK AT SIGNING THE PARKS. UH, TO HELP KEEP THOSE VEHICLES OUT. AND NOT TO GO DOWN THIS RABBIT HOLE TOO FAR, MAYBE TALK LATER, BUT YOU KNOW, SO A LEISURE TRAIL PATH. I'LL JUST PICK A STREET MANTIS. UM I'VE SEEN THINK WE'VE ALL SEEN, YOU KNOW, GOLF CART FREQUENCY INCREASING AND SOME OF IT HAS BEEN ON THE LEISURE TRAIL. SO AND UNDER SPEED VEHICLE ARE THEY ALLOWED TO DRIVE ON THE LEISURE TRAIL? MOST[01:15:03]
PEOPLE WOULD THINK I THINK WOULD WERE CONVERSATION WITH DAVE WARD WAS THE SAME AS THAT. HEY, IT'S A MOTOR VEHICLE. WE CAN'T HAVE IT ON THE PATH. ACTUALLY YOUR C EXEMPTS UNDER SPEED VEHICLES AS MOTOR VEHICLES, SO IT DOESN'T FALL. EVEN THOUGH IT HAS PLATES . IT DOESN'T IT'S NOT NO LONGER ANY MOTOR VEHICLE. SO THERE'S NOTHING THAT REALLY PROHIBITS THEM FROM BEING ON THE PATH.BECAUSE IT'S A ROAD LEGAL VEHICLE. SO, UM, HOWEVER, THERE IS A I THINK THEY WANTED TO WORK WITH THE CITY SO THAT WE'RE EVERYBODY'S CONSISTENT RIGHT, INCLUDING. ON THE THOMPSON ROAD PARK AS WELL, WHICH IS OBVIOUSLY NOT IN NEW ALBANY. BUT UM, THAT PERHAPS ONE OF THE IDEAS IS TO BUT SIGNAGE OF THAT WOULD SPECIFICALLY PROHIBITED FROM BEING ON. JUST IN THE PARK SO IT WOULDN'T APPLY. WE WOULD HAVE TO DO IT THROUGHOUT THE CITY IF WE DIDN'T WANT TO. ON THE OTHER IDEAS THAT THERE WAS SOME ORDERS THAT WE FOUND IN OTHER JURISDICTIONS THAT PROHIBIT ANY OF THOSE TYPES OF VEHICLES FROM BEING IN APARTMENT OTHER THAN THE DRIVEWAY OR THE PARKING LOT.
SO THERE WAS SOME IDEAS. WE GAVE HIM SOME COPY OF SOME ORDINANCES, AND I THINK HE WAS GOING TO TAKE THAT BACK AND TALK TO US DOWN. SORRY, MR SHOWING INTERRUPTER REPORT THERE. NO, IT'S VERY HELPFUL. THANK YOU. AND THEN REALLY THERE, AND THE OTHER THING IS, THERE'S A PICKLE BALL OPERATION AGREEMENT THAT WE'RE STILL CURRENTLY, UM WRITING AND WE'LL GET THAT TAKEN CARE OF YOUR SOON FOR THEM TO SIGN, SO THAT SHOULD BE THE LAST PIECE. REALLY TO THE OPERATION OF THE PICKLE BALL COURTS, WHICH ARE ON TRACK TO OPEN UP THIS MONTH. AND AS FAR FIELD HOUSE I THINK THEY ANNOUNCED I RECALLED . ZUCCHINI THAT'S GOING TO BE THE ARCHITECT DESIGN. AND THEN WHO'S TODAY ANNOUNCED THE CONSTRUCTION TEAM IS I DON'T THINK THEY'VE ANNOUNCED TO THE CONSTRUCTION. ANYBODY HEARD ANYTHING? BECAUSE I THOUGHT THAT THAT RESPONSIBILITY THROUGH A BUNCH OF DESIGN CHANGES RIGHT NOW, THAT'S CURRENTLY WHAT IT'S GOING THROUGH. YOU SAW THAT SECOND THINGS I THINK WAS FORWARDED OUT TO OUR MAILBOXES, AND THERE'S STILL SOME THINGS DONE. TO ADJUST TO THAT AS WELL . BASED ON COST. YEP. THAT'S IT . ALRIGHT UH, MR KISSINGER UPDATE FROM PLAYING LOCAL SCHOOLS, NO MEETING. BUT AS MR SMITH ALLUDED, SCHOOL'S OUT FOR SUMMER, UM NEW ALBANY GRADUATED THE LARGEST CLASS AND YOU ALBANY HISTORY. THIS IS THE BELIEVE LAST YEAR WAS THE WATERS CLASS UNTIL THIS YEAR. UH, THANKS ALONE. YOU CAN TEST IT WAS GRADUATION, THREE HOUR RANGE. YEAH AH, SO CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR GRADUATE. THANK YOU. IT'S GREAT WEATHER, BUT, YEAH, GRADUATIONS HELD IT. HUNTINGTON'S PARK AGAIN AND HOW COME ONE DAY HAD ANOTHER BLUEBIRD DAY FOR CELEBRATING OTHER GRADUATES, BUT SO, YEAH, EVERYTHING'S WRAPPED UP FOR THE YEAR AND GEARING UP FOR 2024. SO THIS IS THE BUBBLE CLASS. NEXT YEAR'S CLASS, I THINK IS AH, I THINK 100 STUDENTS SMALLER THAN THIS ONE, SO IT DROPS OFF SIGNIFICANTLY. YEAH, THAT'S MY UPDATE. RIGHT UPDATE FROM PLAYING LOCAL DON'T YOU JUST ONE ITEM THEY WERE ABLE TO OBTAIN OHIO PUBLIC WORKS FUNDING FOR THE CLASSROOM DRAINAGE ISSUE.
IT'S A $500,000 PROJECT, THEY WERE ABLE TO OBTAIN GRANT MONEY TO ABOUT 203,000, SO IT HELPS THEM TO BE ABLE TO ADDRESS SOME OF THAT. IT'S THE SIDE ROAD DRAINAGE, AND I THINK SOME OF THE CREEK BED CLEARANCE AND FLOW. THROUGH THAT AREA, SO AT LEAST THEY HAVE SOME MONEY TO BEGIN WORKING ON THE PROBLEM. THAT'S GOOD TO HEAR. ALRIGHT REPORT OF CITY OFFICIALS. I HAVE
[14. REPORTS OF CITY OFFICIALS]
NOTHING UPDATE. I JUST AGAIN APPRECIATE EVERYONE'S PARTICIPATION, THE FOUNDER'S DAY PARADE. ANOTHER FAMILY THAT WE'VE BEEN ABLE TO UTILIZE THE HORSE AND CARRIAGE FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. THEY'RE HANGING IT UP. SO THEY REALLY ARE LAST FAN OF TAPE. AFTER ALL THE DEBATES ABOUT IT, UM SO I DON'T HAVE A CHOICE IN AN OPERATION FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. UH YOU KNOW NO ALBANY FOR THE LAST DECADE, UM, BUT YOU KNOW, THEY REALLY APPRECIATED US SUPPORTING THEM OVER OVER ALL THESE YEARS, AND, UH, YOU KNOW, IT'S JUST GOING TO BE SOMETHING NOSTALGIC. I GUESS THAT LOOK. ACH WAS A GOOD 10 YEAR RUN. IT WAS A PERFECT FOUNDER'S DAY. IT WAS IT WAS VERY NICE. VERY WELL DONE. UM I KNOW THE TEAM'S ALREADY GEARING UP PRETTY HARD FOR FOURTH OF JULY PARADE. SO IF YOU WANT TO BE AN ENTRY IN THE PARADE, GET YOUR NAME ON THE LIST QUICK BECAUSE I THINK THERE HAVE CONCERNS IN THE CAPITAL THIS YEAR. WE'LL SEE. WE'RE GOING TO BE LIKE EXPLAIN HAD 122 INJURIES , BUT, HEY, IT WORKS FOR BEXLEY JUST HAVE TO SPEND THREE HOURS OF THE COMING AS LONG AS IT HITS. THE KIDS WILL STAY BIGGER BUCKETS EXACTLY. BUT AGAIN, THANKS FOR STAFF AND EVERYONE'S PARTICIPATION ON THAT DAY, IT WORKED OUT REALLY NICELY. ANY[01:20:03]
FEEDBACK ON THE HEIGHTS CENTER LOCATION FOR THE FESTIVE FESTIVITIES. PART OF THE WORKED OUT WELL, PARK WASN'T BELIEVE THAT THAT WAS GREAT. THERE. SELECTION OF FOOD TRUCKS, AND IT BECAME THAT'S GOOD. ALRIGHT UPDATE FROM THE CLERK, UM, BUT ALSO RELATED TO JULY 4. I WOULD LIKE TO SHOOT VIDEO OF COUNCIL, MAYBE BEFORE THE JUNE 20 MEETING IS ANYONE KNOW THAT THEY'RE GOING TO MISS IT? IF NOT, CAN WE COME A LITTLE EARLY AND SHOOT SOME QUICK VIDEO? SURE YOU SHOULD BE HERE. I THINK EVERYONE'S ON BOARD FEEL FREE TO SAY WHAT COLOR SHIRT SHOULD WE WEAR? THINK YOU HAVE TO BE THE COLORS AND SIX TILES, PLEASE MATERIAL, LITTLE BREEZY EVERYTHING BUT WATCH FOR A SCHEDULE FOR SHOOTING VIDEO, AND WE'LL TALK ABOUT THE BREAD ITSELF AT THE NEXT COUNCIL MEETING FOR ME. RIGHT, AND THE UPDATE FROM THE FINANCE DIRECTOR YEAH, I HAVE. CANADA APRIL REPORT JUST TO GIVE YOU AN UPDATE. UH 33% OF THE YEAR HAS BEEN PASSED. WE ARE AT ABOUT 25% OF OUR BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURES FOR GENERAL PLAN, WHICH IS A GOOD SIGN. UM HOWEVER, WITH OUR REVENUES WERE RIGHT IN LINE WITH THE TIME PAST OR OUR REVENUE COLLECTIONS, WHICH IS 30. 3% OF THE BUDGET. UH, WHAT WAS INTERESTING TO ME IS IF YOU LOOK DOWN AT THE INCOME TAX BREAK DOWN AT THE BOTTOM WHILE WE ARE AHEAD AND ALL OF THE CATEGORIES . WE ARE RIGHT, UM IN LINE OF LAST YEAR AS FAR AS THE BREAKDOWN BETWEEN WITHHOLDING AND INCOME TAX ER AND INDIVIDUAL IN THAT PROFITS. HMM. AND THEN ALSO, IF YOU'RE LOOKING AT THE DIFFERENCE AND EXPENDITURES HERE TODAY FROM THIS YEAR COMPARED TO LAST YEAR. WE ARE UP. AS EXPECTED WITH OUR OPERATING EXPENSES ABOUT 21% ISH, BUT BETWEEN THE YEARS THAT THAT IS CONSISTENT WITH OUR INCREASE IN OPERATIONS OF STAFFING LEVELS AND OPERATING EXPENSES THAT WE ANTICIPATED. ON THE SECOND PAGE . UH, THIS IS ARE FUN, SUMMERY SOMETHING THAT HAS SET OUT TO ME . WE ARE AWAITING IN THE FRONT 2 22. WE ARE AWAITING A DISBURSEMENT FROM THE ORIGINAL AUTHORITY THAT WE REQUESTED EARLIER THIS YEAR, ALSO, WE HAD A BIT OF MOVEMENT WITH OUR GRANT FUNDING FROM THE STATE THIS YEAR OR THIS. MONTH. WE ARE NOW REPORTING. THE GRANT MONEY AND BOTH THE 2 72 FUND, WHICH IS THE ARPAIO FUND, LOCAL FISCAL RECOVERY, AND THEN ALSO CONTINUE TO REPORT PORTION OF IT AND THE 4 22 FUND. WE DID WE HAVE TO DO A RECONCILIATION TO REPAY. WITH SOME OF THE PROJECTS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN, UM THERE ARE ALREADY UNDERWAY AND WE'VE ALREADY MADE PAYMENTS OUT OF OUR 4 22 FUNDS SO WE WILL END UP EQUALING AND BALANCING THAT OUT.BY THE TIME YOU HAVE THE NEXT MONTH. ACTUALLY JUNE REPORT WHERE IT WILL BE TRUE TO HOW MUCH WE HAVE LEFT OF GRANT MONIES AND THOSE TWO FUNDS. THE THIRD PAGE IS THE SNAPSHOT OF OUR INVESTMENTS FOR THE MONTH. OF APRIL. ALWAYS INTERESTING TO SEE THE BREAKDOWN OF THAT BETWEEN THE THREE DIFFERENT SOURCES OF FUNDING OR ACCOUNTS THAT WE HAVE. AND THEN THE FINAL PAGE. IS A SNAPSHOT OF ONLY R US BANK CUSTODIAN ACCOUNTS, WHICH ARE BROKEN DOWN INTO THREE DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS BETWEEN OUR GENERAL MONIES. OUR INFRASTRUCTURE REPLACEMENT FUND AND STATE FUNDS. AND JUST TO GIVE YOU KIND OF AN UPDATE SNAPSHOT OF WHERE RATES WERE AT THE TIME OF 4 30. SO AT 4 30 HOUR, THE TWO YEAR TREASURY WHICH IS WHAT WE TENDER, UM LOOK AT MOST WAS 4.451. AND. ACTUALLY I'M SORRY. IT WAS 4.4% AT 4 28. AND IT'S 4.451% TODAY AND THEN THE STAR OHIO RATE, WHICH IS WHERE WE ARE KEEPING A BULK OF OUR MONEY, AND IT'S VERY LIQUID FOR US TO BE ABLE TO GET FOR OUR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS AT 4 30. IT WAS 5.07. AND TODAY IT'S

5.24% SO EVEN SINCE 4 28. IT'S UP 17 BASIS POINTS. SINCE THIS REPORT. SO WE'RE HANGING IN THERE. HMM. THAT'S GOOD. CORRECT WELL, YOU KNOW, IT'S JUST RATES GO UP. IT'S GOOD FOR MUNICIPALITIES INVESTED APPROPRIATELY. RIGHT QUESTIONS TO THE FINANCE DIRECTOR. CITY MANAGER. ANY UPDATE ITEMS MAYOR FIRST IS TO LET YOU KNOW THAT OUR CONTRACTOR WILL BEGIN WORK ON THE WAGON CEMETERY WITHIN THE NEXT COUPLE OF WEEKS. IT'S BEEN LONG AWAITED. HE'S HAD A BACKLOG OF WORK TO PERFORM. WE ARE PROVIDING THE MATERIAL. I THINK WE'LL BE DELIVERING THE STONE THAT HE USES FOR THE FOUNDATIONS OF THE HEADSTONES WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK OR SO, AND THAT WILL COINCIDE WITH THE REMOVAL OF THE EXISTING CHAIN LINK FENCE AND THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW COURSE FENCE. SO THAT WILL DRESS UP THE AREA. UH HOPEFULLY BY THE TIME THE HEADSTONE RESTORATIONS ARE COMPLETE THE SUMMER THE SECOND THING IS PROJECT RELATED RELATES TO THE. THAT'S TRIAN BRIDGES. THERE WERE THREE PEDESTRIAN BRIDGES. THAT COUNCIL AUTHORIZED US TO FORBID AND THESE ARE THE CROSSING BRIDGE, WHICH WILL CONNECT THE SUBDIVISION TO BRUSH PARK. THAT WAS ACTUALLY FUNDED BY THE NEW ALBANY COMPANY, PROBABLY ABOUT 15 16 YEARS AGO. NOW, WITH THE WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE SUBDIVISION. IT WAS SOMETHING THAT WAS WAS. AND THE LIST OF PROJECTS TO PERFORM. IT WAS A RELATIVELY SMALL PROJECTS. WE WERE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING TO COMBINE IT WITH. AND THAT OPPORTUNITY CAME ALONG WITH THE PEDESTRIAN BRIDGES, WHICH WOULD BE LOCATED ON PARALLEL THE DUBLIN GRANVILLE ROAD. AND WE CONNECT. THE AREA BETWEEN MIDDLE HARLEM AND GREENSWARD AND THEN ALSO PROVIDE A BRIDGE OVER THE SUGAR RUN THAT WOULD PROVIDE ACCESS FROM THE INTERSECTION OF UPPER HARLEM. DOUBLE GRAND BILL WITH THE KILLER PARK. TRAIL. IF YOU CAN VISUALIZE THAT, SO WE WENT OUT FOR BID THE FIRST TIME ON THAT RECEIVED NO BIDS. AH, WE TALKED TO SOME OF THE POTENTIAL CONTRACTORS IN IN THAT FIELD AND GOT SOME ADVICE FROM THEM AS TO WHY WE MAY NOT HAVE RECEIVED THE ANY BIDS. AND WE WERE TOLD THAT THE WAY WE HAD IT STRUCTURED, UM WOULD HAVE INVOLVED MULTIPLE CONTRACTORS OR MULTIPLE SUBS, DOING DIFFERENT ASPECTS OF THE WORK. SO IT WAS SUGGESTED THAT WE JUST FOCUS ON THE BRIDGES ALONE, AS OPPOSED TO COMBINING THE BRIDGES WITH OTHER INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS. SO WE WENT. WE GOT COUNCIL APPROVAL TO GO OUT TO THE SECOND TIME WE RECEIVED ONE BID FROM DOUBLE Z CONSTRUCTION. THE ORIGINAL ENGINEERS ESTIMATE WAS $930,000 . AND SOME CHANGE THE ONE BID FROM DOUBLE Z WAS $1.12 MILLION.THAT IS WELL OVER THE 10. THRESHOLD CODES IS THAT IF THERE IS A BID THAT COMES IN ABOVE THE 10% THRESHOLD COUNCIL MAY THROW OUT THE BID. SO WE HAVE A COUPLE OF OPTIONS. ONE IS WE HAVE THE OPTION TO THROW OUT THE BID. THE OTHER IS THAT WE COULD ACCEPTABILITY EVEN THOUGH IT IS ROUGHLY A COUPLE $100,000 OVER THE ORIGINAL ENGINEERS ESTIMATE. WHAT'S INTERESTING ABOUT THIS IS THAT WE ORIGINALLY BUDGETED UH, ABOUT $1.8 MILLION. IF MY MEMORY IS CORRECT, AND I THINK AT THE TIME WE WEREN'T QUITE SURE WHAT TYPE OF BRIDGE STRUCTURE WE WERE GOING TO NEED, PRIMARILY CROSSING THE SUGAR RUN PARALLEL TO DOUBLE GRANVILLE ROAD, SO THIS WOULD BE ON THE SIDE OF DUBLIN. GRANVILLE ROAD SOUTH SIDE WHERE THE NEW CHURCHES GOING IN. THERE'S A RELATIVELY LARGE SPAN. SO WE BUDGETED ABOUT 1.8 MILLION UM. SO WHEN YOU WHEN YOU THINK ABOUT THAT RELATIVES WHEN YOU THINK ABOUT THE 1.12 RELATIVES TO THE 1.8 SIGNIFICANTLY LESS, BUT IT IS STILL HIGHER THAN THAT. $930,000 ENGINEERS ESTIMATE. SO I'M LOOKING FOR DIRECTION FROM COUNCIL THIS EVENING IN THE FORM OF EMOTION IS TOO WE JUST REJECTED BID AND GO OUT TO BID AGAIN IF WE MY GUESS IS THAT WE'RE NOT GOING TO GET ANY BETTER RESULT REMAINDER OF THIS YEAR. WE MAY HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL NEXT EARLY NEXT YEAR, MAYBE EARLY NEXT SPRING TO GO OUT AGAIN. HOPE FOR A BETTER OUTCOME. CHALLENGES. THIS THESE 22 OF THESE THREE TRAILS. ENABLE US TO CONNECT TRAIL NETWORK TO TAYLOR FARMS. UH, OR TRAILER PARK. SO WITHOUT THESE THAT THAT
[01:30:05]
PART IS SOMEWHAT ISOLATED, UM, TO ACCESS THAT YOU'LL EITHER HAVE TO WALK ALONG THE STREET OR OR WHAT? DOWN TO GREENSWARD AND THEN CROSS DUBLIN GREENVILLE ROAD TO ACCESS THE PARK OR DRIVE TO THE PARK AND PARK IN THE PARKING LOT. SO, UM THAT'S THE DOWNSIDE OF NOT DOING SOMETHING NOW. AND WE DON'T KNOW IF WE WOULD HAVE ANY BETTER RESULTS NEXT YEAR. IT IS THAT WE TYPICALLY NEVER ACCEPTED BID. THAT'S 10% MORE THAN 10% OVER. THE ENGINEERS ESTIMATE THIS WOULD BE A UNIQUE SITUATION. I THINK WE'RE STILL RUNNING INTO SOME ISSUES WITH THE AVAILABILITY OF CONTRACTORS AND LABOR TO PERFORM THE WORK. UH GOING. WHATEVER DIRECTION COUNCIL PREFERS. JOE COUPLE QUESTION. WHEN WAS THE ENGINEERS ESTIMATE? FORMULATED. MIKE, DO YOU RECALL? PROBABLY WITHIN 30 DAYS OF GOING OUT OF BED. SO RECENTLY, SO THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN FOR THE LAST 2 TO 3 MONTHS. YEAH CORRECT. OK YEAH. MAKE ANY SENSE TO JUST BUILD THE TWO BRIDGES THAT ARE MOST CRITICAL TO TAYLOR FARMS. COME IN CLOSER. TO THE ESTIMATED BELOW THE ESTIMATED NUMBER. DEAL WITH THE OTHER BRIDGE LATER. LIKE YOU. DID THEY GIVE A BREAKDOWN ON THE COST OF EACH OF THE BRIDGES? YEAH THEY THEY ARE BROKEN DOWN. I WILL SAY THAT ON THE RAILING IN PARTICULAR. I THINK THAT WE INTEND TO UTILIZE THE SAME RAILING SYSTEM THAT WE HAVE IN PLACE IF ROSE AROUND PARK AND SOME OF THE YOU KNOW THERE IS SOME SPECIALTY MANUFACTURING OF THOSE BECAUSE IT'S GOT THE CABLE. CABLE RAILING BECAUSE WITH IT, UM SO, YEAH, I THINK THAT CERTAINLY WOULD BE AN OPTION. I THINK THAT IT TO BUILD THE THIRD ONE, YOU KNOW, ALONE OR WE'D HAVE TO COUPLE THAT WITH SOME OTHER PROJECT IN THE FUTURE. IN SOME IN SOME REGARD, YOU KNOW, THE PROJECT IS PAYING THE FREIGHT FOR THE MANUFACTURING OF ALL OF THE RAILING SYSTEM BECAUSE IT COULD ALL BE DONE AT ONE TIME THROUGH ONE CONTRACTOR, ONE VENDOR. BUT BEYOND THAT, YEAH, I MEAN THEY COULD BE SEPARATED. ALRIGHT CONFIDENT CONTRACTOR THAT PROVIDED SO WE'VE NEVER USED THIS CONTRACTOR BEFORE. BUT MIKE HAS WORKED WITH MATT FERRIS OR NDP FAIRS. THEY ARE VERY FAMILIAR WITH THE CONTRACTOR. THEY'VE DONE QUALITY WORK FOR OTHER ENTITIES. UNLESS THERE'S SOMETHING LIKE I MEAN, WHEN WE WERE CLOSER TO COVID, WE THOUGHT MAYBE SOME THINGS WERE SPIKING BECAUSE OF THE DEMAND, BUT I DON'T THINK IT'S VERY LIKELY THAT WE'RE GOING TO GET THIS CHEAPER OVER TIME. I THINK WE PROBABLY HAVE TO BITE THE BULLET. YOU'VE MADE EVERY EFFORT TO GET THE RIGHT PRICE AND YOU KNOW THINGS MAY NOT GO UP AS FAST AS THEY WERE, BUT I DON'T THINK THEY'RE GOING TO COME BACK DOWN. YEAH. YOU GUYS KNOW SOMETHING? I DON'T ABOUT IT. I THINK THERE'S A REALLY, UM PLACE A LOT OF VALUE ON THE ABILITY TO WALK TO TAYLOR FARMS FROM ALL AREAS OF NEW ALBANY. I THINK THAT THAT THAT HAVING A ROLL OUT OF THE PARK WITHOUT THAT PIECE WOULD WHAT SERVICES DOES IT WOULD BE A JUDGMENT. I THINK THAT'S LIKE VALUE WOULD WANT TO PLACE ON THAT. BUT YEAH, WE HAVE THE OPTION OF INCREASING OUR APPROPRIATION TO THE 1.12 TO PROCEED WITH THE CONTRACT. SO WE ACTUALLY AS PART OF THE BUDGET WE APPROPRIATED TO 1.8 MILLION, SO WE HAVE NO PROBLEM PAYING FOR THAT. ALRIGHT. SO FROM YOU NEED A MOTION TO GO TO THAT AMOUNT OR WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM US TO IF THAT'S WHAT COUNCIL WANTED TO DO IS JUST PROCEED WITH AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR THE 1.12 THAT THAT'S EXACTLY OKAY. AND THEN, UM, OBVIOUSLY, YOU KNOW, PUBLIC RECORDS. PART OF THE MINUTE MEETINGS. UH, JUST. LITTLE CONCERNED ABOUT SETTING A PRECEDENT HERE WHERE WE'RE GOING TO BOARD A CONTRACT. THAT'S THAT HIGH OF THE ENGINEERS ESTIMATE. I WOULD VIEW THIS AS A FAIRLY UNIQUE SET OF CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE WE'VE SET OUT TO BID BEFORE. WE DIDN'T GET ANY BIDS. WE'VE REACHED OUT TO CONTRACTORS IN THE AREA GOT SOME ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. THIS BID CAME IN WITH ONLY ONE ENERGY BIDDING ON IT. WE EVALUATED THEIR EQUALITY CONTRACTOR BUT I JUST DON'T WANT THERE TO BE ANY MISUNDERSTANDING THAT IN THE FUTURE, YOU KNOW, WE MAY WELL REJECT, UM, SOMETHING THAT'S OVER, AND ENGINEERS ESTIMATE. THIS ISN'T IN ANY WAY PRESIDENT SAID, AND THIS IS A FAIRLY UNIQUE SERVICE CIRCUMSTANCES. I NEED BUT I STILL DO HAVE A CONCERN WITH IT BEING ONE PERSON THAT'S OVER 20% HIGH. VERY SIGNIFICANT. COMPARED TO WHAT WE NORMALLY LOOK AT. AND I DON'T. I THINK I'D LIKE TO EXPLORE THE KIND OF PARCELING THESE OFF. I UNDERSTAND THAT KIND OF JUST HERE WITH DOING ALL[01:35:03]
THREE AT THE SAME TIME, BUT I THINK THERE'S TWO THAT ARE VERY HIGH PRIORITY AND ONE THAT WE CAN LIVE WITHOUT FOR A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF TIME. SO IF ANOTHER LIKE ROSE AROUND TO PROJECT COMES AROUND THAT WE COULD BUNDLE IT WITH THAT ONE. AND THAT'S THE ELITE CROSSING.YOU KNOW, UH, SO I GUESS I WOULD LIKE TO EXPLORE. IF WE COULD PARCEL THAT ONE OUT AND SEE WHAT BUT THAT DOES THE NUMBER. THE CONTRACT HAS BID ALLOWS US TO BREAK THE PROJECT DOWN OR IS IT IS IT ALL THREE? ALL THREE OR NOTHING? I THINK BECAUSE OF THE SITUATION WE'RE IN RIGHT NOW, AND I WILL DEFER TO OUR LAW DIRECTOR AS WELL. I THINK WE HAVE AN ABILITY TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE WITH THE CONTRACTOR FROM THE BID THAT WE RECEIVED BANK CORRECT ME IF I'M. I THINK YOU ALWAYS HAVE ONE TO NEGOTIATE, BUT I'M NOT SURE WHAT THE ACTUAL THAT SAYS SO I GUESS THAT'S ONE THING I WANT TO. DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE I COMMENT. 11 WAY FOR SURE. ORDINARILY YOU WOULD HAVE THE ABILITY TO GO. SHE ATE. THAT'S A GOOD THAT'S A GOOD SOLUTION. I MEAN, I THINK IT'S I THINK IT'S WORTH LOOKING INTO. I MEAN, PERSONALLY, I THINK WE HAVE TO DO THE TWO NOW.
DOUBLE Z. AND THEN WE CAN DECIDE IF WE WANT TO EITHER. CUT PARCEL OUT THE THIRD OR MOVE FORWARD WITH ALTERING YEAH, YOU KNOW, AFRICANS SAY I AGREE WITH THAT. I THINK THE TWO TAYLOR FARMS WE HAVE TO DO AND REALLY, WE HAVEN'T DONE IT. HOW MANY YEARS WAITING A LITTLE BIT LONGER. I DON'T THINK THERE'S ANY HARM IN THAT. BUT CLEARLY TAYLOR FARMS WE HAVE TO GET THAT DONE ON THE HORIZON, WHERE THERE WILL BE AN OPPORTUNITY TO KIND OF INTO ANOTHER PROJECT. STILL THINK WE SHOULD ASK WHAT WHAT DOES THAT DO TO THE OTHER TWO BEFORE WE MAKE A DECISION THAT WE'RE DEFINITELY DOING TOO? IT DOESN'T HURT TO ASK AND SEE WHERE WE COME OUT. BUT ALL RIGHT, WE'LL STEP IN THEIR LITTLE HOMEWORK WITH THE CONTRACTOR AND THE LAW DIRECTORS SEE WHAT THE ART OF THE POSSIBLE IS, UM AND I DON'T KNOW IF THEY IN THEIR RESPONSE TO THE BID PROPOSAL ON THREE SEPARATE BRIDGES. 100 COST BREAKDOWN. WE HAVE AN ENGINEER ESTIMATE FOR THE WHOLE PROJECT.
THEIR BID SAID. YOU KNOW, BRIDGE A IS THIS MUCH BRIDGE IS THAT IT IS NOT THE LENNY ATED AS SUCH ALL MEXICAN HARDER BECAUSE SHE ASKED SO, BUT I THINK I WILL WORK WITH MATT PARIS BECAUSE I KNOW YOU KNOW THEY WERE THE ONES THAT DETERMINE THE QUANTITIES FOR EACH BRIDGE, SO I THINK WE CAN BREAK THIS OUT ON OUR OWN, JUST BASED ON THE BID SUBMITTED OKAY, BEFORE WE EVEN MAKE CONTACT WITH THE NEGOTIATION ITSELF WILL HAVE THEM. COME DOWN . YEAH LOGISTICALLY THAT YOU ARE ONE STAGING IN THIS ONE WOULD BE. IT'S NOT LIKE THIS THIRD ONE IS RIGHT THERE, THEY WOULD HAVE TO DO A SEPARATE MOBILIZATION STAGING UP THE ROAD. SO BE OF THE THREE. THAT WOULD BE EASIEST TO CUT OUT. IT WOULD BE THAT ONE TRUE NEVER ALL RIGHT. ANY ANY FURTHER CORRECTION YOU NEED NO.
UH MIKE, WHAT WAS THE WHAT WAS THE DATE OF THE OPENING? I THINK WE HAVE 30 DAYS TO MAKE A DECISION UNLESS WE THINK THE FINANCE DIRECTOR CAN CAN EXTEND SO OUR BID DOCUMENTS. GIVE US 60 DAYS AND IT WAS OPENED ON MAY 17TH OKAY, SO WE HAVE PLENTY OF TIME WE'LL COME BACK TO THE NEXT MEETING WOULD AGREE. OKAY ANY OTHER QUESTIONS ON THAT ISSUE? OKAY JUST A COUPLE OF ADDITIONAL ITEMS. THESE ARE CALENDAR OF DATES, AND SOME OF THIS HAS ALREADY BEEN ADDRESSED AT THE MEETING. EARLIER PART OF THE MEETING. JUST START UM, JUST A REMINDER THAT THE FRANKLIN COUNTY HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN. WE'LL HAVE A REVIEW PERIOD FOR PUBLIC COMMENT, AND THAT REVIEW PERIOD WILL BE FROM JUNE 19TH THROUGH JULY 19TH AND, UH YOU CAN GET ONLINE. WE CAN PROVIDE A LINK IF COUNCILS INTERESTED IN ORDER TO PROVIDE COMMENTS REGARDING THE UPDATE OF THE FRANKLIN COUNTY HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN. [01:40:02]
1 30 TO 3 30. AND WE'LL HAVE THAT INFORMATION OUT ONLINE AS WELL. IS THERE A WEBSITE WHERE WE COULD TELL PEOPLE TO GO TO SEE THINGS LIKE THE REAGANOMICS CONCERT CHAMBERS WEBSITE? ON THE CHAMBER'S WEBSITE. OKAY, OKAY. YEAH THERE'S STILL HOPING WE'D HAVE, LIKE THINGS GOING ON AT THE EMPATHY ATTAR WEBSITE WHERE ALL THE DIFFERENT YOU KNOW? DIFFERENTLY DIFFERENT SPONSORED EVENTS WOULD ALL BE IN ONE PLACE. PAGE TWO LOADS. YEAH, I MEAN, WE HAD THERE'S A LOT OF COMPLICATIONS FOR THE CITY TRYING TO MAINTAIN A COMMUNITY COUNTER WHAT GOES ON AND IT DOESN'T GO ON, AND, UH I AM NOT SUGGESTING I KNOW THAT. BUT I'M NEVER PICKED UP THAT MANTLE TO TRY TO MOVE THAT FORWARD. BUT TO YOUR POINT, I THINK, FOLKS THEY SEE THE NEW ALBANY FOUNDATION PUBLISHED THERE RIGHT AT THE AMPHITHEATER, AND IN THEIR MIND , THAT'S US ALL OF THE EVENTS OF THE AMPHITHEATER. WELL, THERE'S A LOT OF PROGRAMMING. EXACTLY. I WOULD SAY EVERY WEEKEND, BUT PRETTY MUCH EVERY WEEKEND. I THINK IT'S REALLY IMPORTANT TO GET THE MESSAGE ACROSS THAT IT IS IN FACT, OPEN FOR FREE AND LOWER COST ACTIVITIES THAT THE CITY IS, YOU KNOW, PUTTING ON FOR OUR COMMUNITY. I DON'T THINK PEOPLE ARE GETTING THAT. I THINK THEY THINK THAT THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION FUNDRAISERS ARE PART OF OUR PROGRAMMING, AND THAT THAT'S ALL THERE IS. SO YOU KNOW , I KNOW WE DON'T WANT TO PUT THIS. I KNOW WE DON'T WANT TO HAVE A COMMUNITY CALENDAR AND WE'VE HAD THAT TALK MANY TIMES AND I GET IT. BUT I STILL THINK THAT THE DIFFERENT AH, VENUES COULD HAVE A WEBSITE WHERE IT JUST I MEAN, IF YOU GO TO THEM REQUIRES WEBSITE. YOU'LL SEE EVERYTHING THAT'S GOING ON, NO MATTER WHO'S DOING IT. OTHER THAN I THINK THE SCHOOL PROGRAMS AREN'T THERE, BUT YOU'LL SEE IF IT'S THE MCCOY DOING IT FOR HIS CAP IT DOING IT OR IF IT'S THE YOU KNOW, UM NEW ALBANY FOUNDATION DOING IT. I JUST THINK YOU KNOW, I DON'T KNOW WHO TO ACCEPT THAT MANTLE. WHO DOES THAT? BUT I DON'T KNOW WHY WE DON'T HAVE SOMETHING LIKE THAT FOR THE ANGEL THEATER. MCCOY HERE. WHAT'S GOING ON AT THE CAPITAL THAT SO I DON'T KNOW. WE CAN CHECK WITH KAPPA AND MCCOY AND SEE IF THEY'D BE WILLING TO ADD THAT AS WELL. IT MAKES SENSE OPERATING OPERATING THERE FOR THEATER, I THINK WOULD MAKE SENSE IF THEY CAN DO ONE WEBSITE INCORPORATE OY AND THE MPA THEATER TOGETHER. SEE BOTH AGENDAS THERE. WE'LL CHECK. GOOD IDEA. RIGHT. ANY UPDATE FROM THE CITY ATTORNEY NOTHING TO UPDATE HERE. ALRIGHT, THAT TAKES US TO PUBLIC COMMENT ANY ADDITIONAL PUBLIC ON IT. PULFORD COUNCIL COMMENT AND THE COUNCIL[17. EXECUTIVE SESSION]
