THE PROPERTY OWNER HAS RECEIVED INTEREST FROM A COMPANY TO BRING A STATE OF THE ART VETERINARY HOSPITAL AS THE SOLE OCCUPANT OF THE RECENTLY CONSTRUCTED BUILDING. VETERINARY HOSPITALS ARE NOT LISTED AS A PERMITTED OR CONDITIONAL USE IN THE CURRENT ZONING DISTRICT. THE PURPOSE OF THE REZONING TO THE I P U D CLASSIFICATION TO ALLOW 40 BED HOSPITAL USES IN ADDITION TO THOSE CURRENTLY ALREADY ALLOWED IN THE OECD CLASSIFICATION. THE RESULTING WILL NOT TO MODIFY OR ESTABLISH NEW DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS. ALL OF THE NON VETERINARY SAYS PROPOSED IN THE TEXT ARE ALREADY PERMITTED ON THIS SITE WITH THE CURRENT ZONING CLASSIFICATION. THE REZONING ONLY INTRODUCES VETERINARY OFFICES VETERINARY HOSPITAL NOT INCLUDING FACILITIES FOR OUTSIDE, BOARDING OR EXERCISING OF ANIMALS.
