IN SUMMARY, THE PARKLAND AND OPEN SPACES GENERALLY CONSISTENT WITH THE PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND MEETS THE TEXT REQUIREMENTS. THE APPLICATION INCLUDES MANY OF THE SAME DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS THAT HAVE MADE MORE RECENT SUBDIVISIONS SUCCESSFUL, INCLUDING PROVIDING MEANINGFUL OPEN SPACE AND PEDESTRIAN CONNECTIVITY. THE PLAN FOR THIS SUBDIVISIONS PARK LEE AND OPEN SPACE ADDS TO THE CREATION OF THE PARK SYSTEM AND WHICH IS SATISFIED THAT NEED OF VARIETY OF USER GROUPS WITH BOTH ACTIVE AND PASSIVE RECREATION OPTIONS.
