UM WE MOVED HERE TO BE CLOSE TO FAMILY AFTER SPENDING ABOUT 24 YEARS ON THE EAST COAST WERE NOT NEW TO OHIO. UM I WENT TO HIGH SCHOOL IN CINCINNATI, AN UNDERGRAD UNIVERSITY OF CINCINNATI. GO BEARCATS. WE ALSO HAVE TWO OTHER CHILDREN AT OHIO STATE. THEY COULDN'T JOIN US BECAUSE THEY'RE BUSY STUDYING DAY BECAUSE THE SENIOR AND VIVECA SOFTWARE AND AEROSPACE GO BUCKEYES. UM AND THEN, OF COURSE, IS A SENIOR AT NEW ALBANY HIGH SCHOOL. SO THANK YOU, VERY SPALDING AND PRESIDENT PRO. TEMPORE BRISK, UM, AND THE REST OF THE CITY OF NEW ALBANY COUNCIL MEMBERS FOR TAKING THE EFFORT TO RECOGNIZE THE CONTRIBUTIONS OF THE HINDU AMERICAN COMMUNITY TO DO ALBANY AND THE COUNTRY AND FOR DECLARING OCTOBER IS IN NEW HERITAGE MONTH. WE ARE JOINED IN EXPRESSING OUR GRATITUDE BY NEW ALBANY RESIDENTS. J STREET, BULYGA RENEW BURROW BENEATH THE SHOT HIT THIS META HERE. UM, AND THE MAQUIS METHOD. WE'RE SITTING NEXT TO HIM THIS YEAR. OUR FAMILY FOR THE VOLLEY IS HOSTING [00:05:02] A COLLECTION LOCATION IN NEW ALBANY FOR THE NATIONWIDE SAVING THE VALLEY CHARITABLE FOOD DRIVE . LAST YEAR, THE 70 VALLEY WHO DRIVE AH SUPPLIED MORE THAN £10,000 OF FOOD FOR COLUMBUS ALONE, UM, MAYBE CLOSE TO 600,000 NATIONWIDE. TODAY WE'RE JOINED BY COMMUNITY MEMBERS LEADING THIS OHIO STATE OF THE VALLEY TERRIBLE FOOD DRIVE EFFORT. WE HAVE ADDED THE GROUP TO HAVE SITARAM. HE'S OVER HERE SEE THEIR OWN PAPA, AKA OIL. SEE BENEATH. UM AS YOU'RE PROBABLY AWARE OF INDIAN ORIGIN, AND THESE ARE ONE OF THE FASTEST GROWING GROUPS IN THE U. S. A NEW ALBANY EASILY EXCEEDS 10% OF THE TOTAL POPULATION OF THOSE WHO ARE OF HINDU OR INDIAN ORIGIN. HINDUS, HOWEVER, ORIGINATE FROM NEPAL, BANGLADESH , MALAYSIA, INDONESIA, PAKISTAN, AFGHANISTAN, SRI LANKA, FIJI AND THE CARIBBEAN, AMONG MANY OTHER PLACES. OVERALL ONE MIGHT ASK WHY CELEBRATING THE HAIR TOO MUCH? WHY? IN OCTOBER OCTOBER IS AN IMPORTANT MONTH FOR HINDUS. IT STARTS WITH THE BIRTHDAY OF MAHATMA GANDHI, WHOSE INFLUENCE ON DR MARTIN LUTHER KING NELSON MANDELA AND A NUMBER OF OTHER CIVIL RIGHTS LEADERS WORLDWIDE WHO EMBRACED WHAT MAHATMA GANDHI EMBRACED AS PEACEFUL AND NONVIOLENT PROTESTS BASED ON A FUNDAMENTAL IN THE PRINCIPLE KNOWN AS A HIMSELF, HIM, SAYS, A NATURAL METHOD OF ADVOCACY TO ELEVATE THOSE WHO ARE UNDERREPRESENTED. SUPPRESSED OR MARGINALIZED IN ANY WAY. OCTOBER IS ALSO WHEN WE CELEBRATE THE RAW THREE AND 98 BELLS FESTIVAL CELEBRATING THE GODDESS DURGA, AS WELL AS OTHER FEMALE GODDESSES, INCLUDING LUXURY ANSWERS ABOUT THE CELEBRATION OF WOMEN AS WELL AS THE TRIUMPH OF GOOD OVER EVIL. UM WE LOOK FORWARD TO THE UPCOMING CELEBRATION OF THE VALLEY SPONSORED BY, UM, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW ALBANY. THANK YOU FOR ORGANIZING WHAT SHOULD BE A GREAT EVENT ON NOVEMBER 11TH. WE'RE REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO IT. SO THANK YOU ALL FOR SPONSORING THAT WE HAVE SOME COMPETITION. WE UNDERSTOOD THAT REYNOLDSBURG DOWN THE ROAD HAD A CELEBRATION NOT VERY LONG AGO WHERE THEY HAD MORE THAN 10,000 ATTENDEES, SO NO, NOTHING TO STEP UP TO, BUT JUST SOMETHING THAT KEEP IN MIND. SO THANK YOU FOR LETTING US COME HERE TODAY AND CELEBRATE THIS PROCLAMATION AND GIVING ME THE OPPORTUNITY. SPAIN THANK YOU . OKAY. OKAY OKAY. YOU DO THAT OKAY? HERE? ANYONE WHO WANTS TO COME UP. ANYONE EVERYBODY SURE. COME ON. JENNIFER HAS YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION. YES YES, I CAN GET YOU THROUGH BEING RECORDED SO HOME LATER. YEAH SO LOOK AND SMILE UP AT THE CAMERA. AH! AH JOSH'S GOTCHA. THANK YOU COMMENTS MYSELF SO YEAH. MHM AGAIN. THANK YOU, EVERYONE FOR ATTENDING TONIGHT TO HEAR THAT PROCLAMATION AND I CERTAINLY LOOK FORWARD. I KNOW A LOT OF COUNCIL MEMBERS AND OUR STAFF LOOK FORWARD TO CELEBRATING THE WALLY IN THE FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS. ON NOVEMBER 11TH. IT ALSO HAPPENS TO BE MY BIRTHDAY, SO IT'S GONNA BE A BIG DAY, BIG DAY FOR ME AS WELL. BUT LOOK FORWARD TO CELEBRATING THAT WITH OUR ENTIRE NEW ALBANY COMMUNITY, UM IT ALREADY SUCH A DIVERSE COMMUNITY AND IT'S UH, IT'S AWESOME THAT WE'RE ABLE TO TAKE TIME TO CELEBRATE DIFFERENT CULTURES AND TRADITIONS. AND I REALLY APPRECIATE THE IDEAS AND EFFORTS OF OUR NEW ALBANY IDEA COMMITTEE. AND THE STAFF THAT WORKED SO HARD WITH VARIOUS COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO CREATE AND PUT ON THESE TYPES OF EVENTS, OR WE GET TO TAKE TIME AND EDUCATE OURSELVES ABOUT DIFFERENT CULTURES AND CELEBRATE THOSE CULTURES. AND I THINK THAT'S SOMETHING THAT MAKES US A LITTLE BIT UNIQUE IN CENTRAL OHIO AND SOMETHING THAT I'M PROUD OF. UM NO. ALBANY IS A WELCOMING COMMUNITY, AND THE IDEA COMMITTEE WAS BORN OUT OF THAT DESIRE TO IMPROVE. ON OUR EFFORTS TO BE WELCOMING AND EVENTS LIKE THIS AND CELEBRATION OF DIWALI OR JUNETEENTH OR OTHER EVENTS THAT WE HAVE PLANNED, REALLY GIVE US AN OPPORTUNITY AS A COMMUNITY TO TAKE PAUSE AND LEARN A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT THE FOLKS THAT LIVE IN OUR COMMUNITY AND GET TO CELEBRATE THESE EVENTS WITH THEM. UM I THINK IT'S ALSO IMPORTANT THAT YOU KNOW IN NEW ALBANY, UM IT'S IN IT'S INCUMBENT ON ALL OF US AS COMMUNITY LEADERS. TO HAVE THESE CONVERSATIONS ABOUT RESPECT AND UNDERSTANDING. AND THOSE ARE TWO IMPORTANT TRAITS NO MATTER WHERE YOU'RE FROM, OR WHERE YOU ARE TO REALLY PROJECT NOT ONLY ON YOURSELF BUT ON YOUR COMMUNITY AND THE MEMBERS OF YOUR COMMUNITY. THAT'S IMPORTANT THAT WE RESPECT AND UNDERSTAND ONE ANOTHER. UM WELL HAVE COME FROM DIFFERENT PLACES, AND I'VE LIVED IN A LOT OF DIFFERENT [00:10:02] PLACES, AND THAT'S THE THING I LOVE ABOUT NEW ALBANY IS THAT PEOPLE THAT ARE HERE THEY'RE VERY COMMUNITY ORIENTED. AND THERE'S A LOT OF TUMULT IN THE WORLD TODAY. UM. IT WAS A FORMER ARMY OFFICER. ANYTIME YOU SEE ARMED CONFLICT, THERE'S ONLY LOSERS AND WORST LOSERS. THERE'S NO WINNERS. AND UH, I JUST I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT, YOU KNOW, PERSONALLY, UM. THE CONFLICT THAT'S HAPPENING IN THE WORLD TODAY THAT WE'RE ALL PAYING CAREFUL ATTENTION TO RIGHT NOW IS CERTAINLY SOMETHING THAT'S UM YOU KNOW? REGRETTABLY IN MANKIND'S HISTORY. WE'VE BEEN THROUGH A LOT OF CONFLICT, AND IT'S REGRETTABLE. UM AND I JUST I FEEL, UM NO, I FEEL VERY PASSIONATE ABOUT. THOSE FOLKS THAT HAVE LOST THEIR LIVES OR LOST THEIR FAMILIES IN CONFLICT. UM IT'S A TOUGH SITUATION, AND SO IT'S. IT'S IMPORTANT THAT WE'RE ABLE TO TAKE TIME AS A COMMUNITY. AND CELEBRATE THINGS LIKE WALLY AND THE FESTIVAL WEIGHTS THAT CAN BRING US TOGETHER FROM DIFFERENT WALKS OF LIFE. AND AGAIN. I JUST, UM I THINK IT'S IMPORTANT FOR US TO DO THOSE SORTS OF ACTIVITIES. AND TRY TO BUILD RESPECT AND UNDERSTANDING. ALL RIGHT, JEN, I DON'T KNOW IF COUNCIL HAS ANY OTHER COMMENTS. WELCOME. WELCOME TO DO SO. I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO ALL TO DO DIWALI IN THE CELEBRATION. I THINK IT'S THE FIRST TIME HERE IN NEW ALBANY. AND IF I'VE LEARNED ANYTHING IN HERE A LONG TIME IN THE COMMUNITY WHENEVER WE DO SOMETHING THE FIRST TIME JUST GETS BIGGER AND BIGGER EVERY YEAR. THIS IS A GREAT START THAT WILL HOPEFULLY BE SOMETHING THAT WE CELEBRATE GOING FORWARD. AND IT WILL BE NEW TO ME, AND I THINK A LOT OF US. I THINK WE'RE LOOKING FORWARD TO IT. YOU KNOW, IT HAS BEEN SINCE JOINING COUNCIL. IT HAS BEEN MY GREATEST JOY AND GREATEST PLEASURE TO BE WORKING WITH ADRIAN AND THE REST OF THE STAFF ON THIS IDEA EVENTS AND, UM, LEARNING ABOUT DIWALI AND LEARNING ABOUT, UM ALL OF THE CITIZENS THAT LIVE HERE THAT CELEBRATED VOLLEY AND IT'S JUST SUCH A, UM IT'S SUCH A FITTING TIME. I'M GOING TO TRY TO SAY THIS ABOUT GETTING EMOTIONAL BUT TO TAKE TIME TO CELEBRATE THE TRIUMPH OF GOOD OVER EVIL AND THE LIGHT AND THE DARKNESS. UM I'M JUST IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN A BETTER MOMENT IN THIS COMMUNITY AND I THINK IT WILL REALLY BRING EVERYBODY TOGETHER. UM AND I'M REALLY EXCITED TO SEE THE FIREWORKS AS WELL. UM FIRST OF ALL, GILBERT CATS WAITING FOR THAT. OKAY UM, BUT I'VE GOT A REQUEST. I MEAN, AS YOU INDICATED THE INDIAN POPULATIONS NEW ALBANESE LARGEST MINORITY POPULATION. WE HAVE BOARDS COMMISSION OPENINGS THAT COME UP ON A SEMI REGULAR BASIS IN I WOULD LIKE LOVE TO SEE MORE APPLICANTS FROM YOUR COMMUNITY BECAUSE WE NEED, YOU KNOW. THERE'S A LOT OF SUCCESSFUL FOLKS INVOLVEMENT OF INDIAN HERITAGE SO I'D LOVE TO HAVE YOU INCLUDED IN BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS AND THINGS THAT MAKE THE CITY GO AROUND. AND SO THAT'S MY REQUEST TO YOU GUYS BECAUSE YOU GET OUT THERE AND WE LOVED IT, INCLUDING AND THINGS. ANY OTHER COUNCIL COMMENTS. WELL AGAIN. WE APPRECIATE EVERYONE COMING THIS EVENING, AND I LOOK FORWARD TO THE CELEBRATION AND A COUPLE OF WEEKS I USUALLY SAY TO QUOTES IF YOU'D LIKE TO STICK AROUND FOR THE NEXT COUPLE HOURS AND ENJOY THE REST OF OUR COUNCIL MEETING, YOU'RE WELCOME TO DO SO. OR IF YOU HAPPEN TO LEAVE NOW, NO PROBLEM. WE WISH YOU ALL THE BEST. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, EVERYBODY. THANK YOU. ALRIGHT WE'RE STILL UNDER HEARING A VISITOR. SO LET ME INVITE IF THERE IS A MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC WOULD LIKE TO ADDRESS THE COUNCIL REGARDING A MATTER CONCERNING OUR COMMUNITY THAT IS NOT ON TONIGHT'S AGENDA. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY SPEAKER CARDS. RIGHT BOARDING COMMISSION [7. BOARD/COMMISSION REPORTS] REPORTS ANY UPDATE FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION. YES, UM. BUT I LEFT MY NOTES. UM HMM. SO WE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION YESTERDAY APPROVED A CHANGE IN AND THEN AND THEN ADDITION OF AN EXTRA ENTRANCE AND EXIT FOR THE CHIPOTLE THAT IS BEING BUILT. THEY MADE A SLIGHT CHANGE TO THE WAY THAT THERE WILL BE ENTRANCE SINCE EXITS OFF OF THE CHIPOTLE. FORGIVE ME, I DID NOT BRING THE RIGHT NOTES WITH ME. UM THEY TABLED THE CON. AH! SUBDIVISION THAT IS YARDS THAT HANGS COURTYARDS AND HAINES CREEK. THANK YOU TABLED THAT BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE. I BELIEVE THE APPRAISAL THAT THEY NEED IN ORDER TO GO FORWARD WITH THAT. UM AND WE, UM AND WE APPROVED THE DESIGNED FOR BRISCOE. UM. ROAD STREET ROAD, ROAD STREET, WHATEVER THAT'S GOING TO BE [00:15:09] THROUGH THE CORPORATE THROUGH THE BUSINESS PARK. AND UM. DID I FORGET ANYTHING ELSE? THAT WAS DONE AT PLANNING COMMISSION. STEPHEN SORRY. I JUST BROUGHT THE WRONG NOTEBOOK. THE REZONING FOR 84.7 ACRES AND HARRISON ROAD THAT'S ALSO IN TONIGHT'S AGENDA WAS REVIEWED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION, AND THEY RECOMMENDED APPROVAL FOR THAT. WITH A FEW MINOR CONDITIONS RELATING TO LIKE LANDSCAPING AND FENCING. AND. THAT'S A GREAT MEMORY. I DON'T THINK THERE'S ANYTHING ELSE THAT IT. THANK YOU. ALRIGHT. ANY QUESTIONS ON THAT UPDATE? DO WE KNOW WHEN THE, UH PULTE DEVELOPMENT. HANDS CROSSING QUARTER COURTYARDS WHEN THAT BEEN RESCHEDULED TO DOING THAT WAS TABLED UNTIL DECEMBER, 4TH. ALRIGHT SO ANY UPDATE FROM THE PARKS AND TRAILS? YES, I HAVE AN UPDATE. HOW ABOUT THAT? PARKS AND TRAILS ADVISORY BOARD MET, UH AND STAFF PRESENTED TO THEM. THEY PLANNED FOR THE COURTYARDS THAT HANGS CREEK. HMM. YOU KNEW THE NAME SO WELL? YEAH OTHERWISE NOTICE THAT PROBLEM. SO THERE WERE THERE WERE SOME. IT WAS A VERY GOOD MEETING. A LOT OF ENGAGEMENT RESIDENTS FROM LIVE AROUND THAT DEVELOPMENT CAME IN AND VOICE THEIR CONCERNS. TO THE TO THE BOARD. SOME OF THE THINGS THAT CAME UP DURING THE MEETING THAT WERE VOICES CONCERNS BY THE BOARD WERE THAT THEY? THE DEVELOPER WAS NOT MEETING THE GREEN SPACE REQUIREMENT. AND I'VE BEEN I FORGET THE ACHE REACH OF THAT, STEVE. I THINK I HAD 3.5 ACRES THAT THEY WERE FALLING SHORT OF APPROXIMATELY IS SO, YEAH. SO THE DEVELOPER AGREED TO PAY LOU AND THE OF, UH, TO, UH, TO COVER THAT, UM COVER THAT COST FOR NOT MAKING MEETING THE GREEN SPACE REQUIREMENT. THE BOARD DID HAVE CONCERNS, HOWEVER, ABOUT THE FEE THAT THE DEVELOPER WAS TO PAN. BUT THEY DID NOT THINK THAT WAS A AN ACCURATE REFLECTION OF CURRENT MARKET PRICE BREAKER. ONE CONCERN THAT CAME OUT TO ME NEXT CONCERN WAS. WETLANDS AND GREEN SPACE NORTH OF THE PROPERTY SO NORTH OF THAT PROPERTY IS PRIMARILY WETLANDS AND GREEN SPACE. SO THE BOARD WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT IN ALL POSSIBLE WAYS THAT THAT GREEN SPACE WAS PRESERVED. THERE WAS SOME DISCUSSION ABOUT THERE ARE FOUR CURRENT LOTS. BETTER ON THE NORTH END OF THAT PROPERTY. IF YOU KNOW THOSE LOTS COULD BE REMOVED OR REPLACED SOMEWHERE ELSE IN THE PROPERTY SO THAT THEY CAN HAVE, UH MORE PRESERVATION OF THAT GREEN SPACE UP TO THE NORTH, BECAUSE RIGHT NOW THERE'S ONLY FOUR LOTS OF BUT UP AGAINST THE GREEN SPACE THAT'S A VERY ACTIVE WHAT MAN? THAT GOES THROUGH THERE. THE DISCUSSIONS ABOUT THE WETLAND WE'RE VERY EDUCATIONAL. IN TERMS OF THE. THE WILDLIFE THAT LIVED THERE AND SUPPORTED BY THOSE WETLANDS. SO IS IT WAS A GREAT CONVERSATION TO HAVE AND TO HEAR US AT THE BOARD WAS A LITTLE CONCERNED ABOUT PRESERVING THAT GREEN SPACE TO THE FULLEST IMPACT. POSSIBLE OR DEGREE POSSIBLE, AND IF IT MEANT THAT WE COULD FIND A PLACE TO MOVE THOSE FOR UNITS, THERE'S FOUR LOTS TO ANOTHER LOCATION SO THAT GREEN SPACE COULD BE BETTER PRESERVED. ALSO REGARDING THAT GREEN SPACE. YES, SIR. GO AHEAD. I JUST HAD A QUESTION ABOUT THIS FOR LAST. OKAY ALSO REGARDING THAT GREEN SPACE, UH, THE BOARD WAS INTERESTED IN PERHAPS PUTTING THE LEISURE TRAIL TO THE NORTH END OF THAT PROPERTY AROUND THAT GREEN, UH, THROUGH THOSE WETLANDS. THERE WAS SEEMS THAT THERE'S NOT A LOT OF LEISURE TRAILS. WITHIN THAT DEVELOPMENT, AND THAT WOULD BE A NICE PLACE TO EXTEND THE LEISURE CHILD THROUGH THE WETLANDS TO THE NORTH PART OF THAT PROPERTY. AND FINALLY. FROM MY NOTES. THEY WERE THEY. THERE WAS SOME DISCUSSION ABOUT NOT HAVING A PLAYGROUND. AND THAT DEVELOPMENT BUT IT IS 55 AND OLDER COMMUNITY. STEPPED IT'S WAS VERY GOOD. IT'S STATING THAT THE DEVELOPER IS GOING TO HAVE AN AREA WHERE THERE'S GOING TO BE PADDLE BALL. PICKLEBALL COURTS, MULTI BALL COURTS AND OTHER AREAS OF CORRECTIVE ITTY FOR THE RESIDENTS THERE AND THAT THAT COVERS IT, MAKE IT GREAT AGAIN. WHEN YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT THE FOUR LOTS ARE THOSE THE FOUR LADS THAT THE DEVELOPER MOVED TO CREATE SPACE WHERE THEY NEEDED TO THAT SPOT. YES SO IT MIGHT BE DIFFICULT PROBABLY TO FIND THIS BOTTOM, ASSUMING FOR THOSE FOUR OTHER THAN WHERE THEY ARE, UNLESS THEY PUT THEM BACK AND ASSUMING THAT AND THE WHERE THEY MOVED THE LOTS. THEY MOVED THE LOTS UP TO ABOUT AGAINST THE WEAPONS ARE CLOSER TO THE WEAPON [00:20:05] CLOSER. YEAH. OKAY SO THE TRAIL CONNECTION CHIP? ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY OF THAT? JUST ACCESSING THE NORTHERN ACROSS THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY, SO YOU WOULD HAVE A TRAIL THAT GOES THROUGH THE NORTHERN NORTHERN BOUNDARY. BECAUSE I KNOW RICK COTTON, WHO'S TESTIFIED SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT THOSE WETLANDS AND, YOU KNOW IT'S A BEAUTIFUL PIECE OF LAND IF YOU EVER GET BACK THERE. BUT YOU KNOW HE WAS INTERESTED IN HAVING SOME LEVEL OF ACCESS FROM THE COMMUNITY BECAUSE IT IS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL PIECE OF GROUND, BUT I WOULD BE SURPRISED THAT HE WANTED THEY DID NOT NEXT TO HIS HOUSE. THEY WERE OPEN TO THAT, AS I RECALL. GOOD, THERE WASN'T A LOT OF PUSHBACK. AGAIN AND THEN WE HAVE SOME DEVELOPMENT TO THE NORTH OF THAT THAT BLOCK PROVIDE PERHAPS LEISURE TRUMP CONNECTION FOR ANOTHER BELIEVE DATA CENTER USER. BUT THOSE ARE THE RECOMMENDATIONS THAT HAVE BEEN PASSED ON. I'M SURE THAT WILL MAKE IT TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION. THOSE RECOMMENDATIONS FROM THE PARKS OF TRAIL ADVISORY BOARD. YES WE'VE INCLUDED THOSE IN OUR STAFF REPORT TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION. OKAY? OKAY? ALRIGHT ANY OTHER SORRY ANY OF THE QUESTIONS ON THE PARKS AND TRAILS ADVISORY BOARD UPDATE MHM ALRIGHT. ARCHITECTS REVIEW BOARD ANY UPDATES. THERE WAS NO MEETING BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS. WE HAD ONE CASE IT WAS VARIANCE TO ALLOW BUILDING AND PAPER PATIO TO HIM, COACH APPROXIMATELY 4.5 FT OF THE DRAINAGE EASEMENT. THIS WAS OUT OF THE LINKS. UM THIS WAS AN APPLICATION THAT WAS BROUGHT TO US BY THE CITY OF NEW ALBANY. UH THE APPLICANT HAD WORKED WITH THE CITY TO BUILD. UM, THIS PATIO AND IT WAS HE FOLLOWED ALL THE RULES AND EVERYTHING THAT WE GAVE THEM AND THEN WE HAD FOUND THERE WAS AN ERROR ON THE CITY'S PARTS, SO THIS WAS JUST TO GET A VARIANCE TO CORRECT THAT ISSUE, AND SO UNANIMOUSLY PASSED. REALLY NOT MUCH DISCUSSION, OKAY? ANY UPDATE FROM THE SUSTAINABILITY ADVISORY BOARD. YES WE HAD A MEETING LAST WEDNESDAY. WE HAD A COUPLE OF STUDENTS COME IN AND TALK ABOUT THE GRANT PROCESS. SO THAT'S ROLLING, SO THERE'S INTEREST IN THE PILOT PROGRAM. THE MAIN THING WAS WHEN WE APPROVED THE BUDGET FOR NEXT YEAR. SO YOU KNOW YOU GUYS WILL SEE THIS BUT TO BREAK IT OUT. WE'VE KIND OF PUT IT INTO THREE DIFFERENT BUCKETS. OUR CORE ACTIVITIES, WHICH ARE THE BIRTHDAY TO ARBOR DAY EVENTS, THE SEASONAL COMPOSTING RECYCLING EVENTS AND ONGOING COMPOST PROGRAM MANAGEMENT. THAT'S WHAT ONE OF THE BINS AROUND TOWN SO THAT'S OUR CORE ACTIVITIES THAT WE'RE GOING TO DO PRETTY MUCH YEAR IN YEAR OUT. UM ONGOING PROGRAMS IS THE SECOND BUCKET. UM THE PILOT PROGRAM THE GRANT FOR THE STUDENTS. THERE'S WE'RE GOING IN INVASIVE TREE AND SHRUB TRADE IN PROGRAM WHICH WILL BE NEW THIS YEAR, CONTINUING OUR PRESENCE AT THE FARMER'S MARKET. SO THERE ARE ONGOING AND THEN WE'VE GOT THE THIRD BUCKETS, A SEATING SOME NEW PROGRAMS FOR NEXT YEAR, UM NATIVE LANDSCAPING PROMOTION EDUCATION, A WASTE DIVERSION PROGRAM. AND A FEW OTHER, UM, NEW PROGRAMS. UM SUSTAINABILITY INITIATIVES THAT WE'RE GOING TO EXPLORE. SO UM ALL IN. YOU KNOW, WE'RE STILL THINK WE'RE $81,000 FOR THEM. TOTAL BUDGET FOR THE PROGRAM ALL THOSE PROGRAMS FOR NEXT YEAR SO WE GOT A DETAILED BREAKOUT COUNCIL WANTS TO SHARE IT. TAKE A LOOK AT IT BEFORE, BUT BE HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS ON THOSE, BUT THAT WAS THE BULK OF THE MEETING. I THINK I HAVE ON MY CALENDAR FOR THIS RIGHT HERE IS THE NEXT FRIDAY THE HAZARDOUS WASTE DROP OFF. THIS SATURDAY SATURDAY SATURDAY CALENDAR WRONG. THIS IS YOUR DAY CHIP KIND OF SHARING IT FROM AND I WOULD ASK EVERYBODY ON COUNCIL THAT SHARE AS MUCH INFORMATION WITHIN THE COMMUNITY ON FACEBOOK OR WHEREVER ABOUT THIS HAZARDOUS WASTE HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE DROP OFF AT OUR SERVICE CENTER THIS SATURDAY. SO YOU HAVE PAINTS AND SUCK THE SIDES. JOSH'S DEFINITELY SENT OUT TO BE CHIP, BUT EVERYBODY HAD THE NEW ALBANY SERVICES TIMER ROAD. I DON'T HAVE THE EXACT ADDRESS, ADRIAN, YOU KNOW THAT HOURS. I'LL STOP YOUR BELIEVE IT'S EIGHT TO NOON. THAT'S RIGHT. THAT'S WHAT I HAD. I DIDN'T WANT TO MISQUOTE. OKAY, SO EIGHT TO NOON CHIP SERVICE CENTER. THIS SATURDAY. I ALREADY HAVE MY COLLECTION OF PRODUCTS THAT WILL BE TAKING UP ASSUMING FROM A HAZARDOUS WASTE PERSPECTIVE, BECAUSE I CAN IMAGINE PEOPLE THAT ARE LISTENING AND WATCHING PAINT IS USUALLY ONE OF THOSE BIG THINGS THAT WE ALL HAVE LAYING AROUND. AND ASSUMING THAT THERE HAS TO BE DRIED OUT, IT CAN'T BE LIQUID PAINT WHEN YOU DROP IT OFF, OR CAN IT BE DO WE KNOW THAT RIGHT. THAT'S A GREAT QUESTION. I DON'T THINK IT HAS TO BE FOR THIS DROP OFF INTO THE FAIR TO THEIR NORMAL SITE. YOU CAN TAKE PAINT BUT REMOTE LOCATION. I'M NOT SURE I CAN'T ANSWER THAT QUESTION, AND THEY'RE GOING TO HAVE STAFF THAT IS LIKE WE DON'T HAVE TO HANDLE ANY OF THIS STUFF. DIRECT DIRECT TRAFFIC AND THEY BRING STAFF THAT WILL HANDLE EVERYTHING FOR US MONKEY. YOU HAVE TO HAVE IT DRIED OUT TO BE ABLE TO PUT IT [00:25:05] INTO THE TRASH. I WASN'T SURE IF THIS WAS SIMILAR. I DON'T THINK THAT IS THE CASE. BUT WE DO HAVE DETAILED LIST ON OUR WEBSITE OF WHAT NOT EVERYTHING IS ACCEPTED AS WELL. SO WE HAVE A LIST OF WHAT IS ACCEPTED AND WHAT ISN'T ACCEPTED AND THEN THE COMPANY THAT WERE CONTRACTING WITH WE'LL TAKE CARE OF ALL THAT AND MAKE THOSE DETERMINATIONS IF SOMETHING IS ACCEPTABLE OR NOT PERFECT OPPORTUNITY TO KEEP THIS OUT OF OUR WASTE STREAM AND OUR WATER. THAT ADDRESS IS 7800. THANK YOU. ACCEPTED TO CYCLE GASOLINE FOR US AND BULBS, PESTICIDES. ADHESIVES AEROSOLS OUTLINED BATTERIES. BY JUST PAINT, BUT IT DOESN'T SAY DRIED BEANS. VEHICLE BATTERIES, OXYGEN CYLINDERS BECAUSE EVERYONE'S GOT THOSE AT HOME. UM YEAH, NOT ACCEPTED IS AIR CONDITIONERS, REFRIGERATORS, COMPUTERS, APPLIANCES. ASBESTOS COUPLE OF THANK YOU. ALL RIGHT, AND JUST TRUCK. I FOUND THIS PRETTY INTERESTING THE COST OF THIS ONE DAY EVENT AND WE'RE KIND OF GUESSTIMATING BECAUSE IT GOES BY THEY KIND OF GIVE US A BALLPARK SINCE IT'S THE FIRST TIME WE'VE EVER DONE BUT COST OF THIS ONE DAY EVENT. IS GREATER THAN OUR YEARLY BUDGET FOR COMPOSTING. THANKS FOR FIGURING THE COST OF TAKING THESE MATERIALS ARE GOING TO BE AROUND $20,000. IF IT COMES IN ABOUT WHAT WE THOUGHT, SO IT'S NOT AN EXPENSIVE TO DISPOSE OF THIS STUFF, BUT, UM, HOPEFULLY IT'S A SUCCESS WHEN WE KEEP THIS STUFF OUT OF WILLIAM PHELAN, THE WATERWAYS THANK YOU FOR THE SUSTAINABILITY COMMITTEE , ATTEMPTING ELSE BEEN TALKING ABOUT IT FOR YEARS AND JUST PULL IT OFF. ALRIGHT ANY UPDATE FROM THE IDEA IMPLEMENTATION PANEL DO HAVE AN UPDATE, BUT I JUST FIRST WANTED TO RECOGNIZE SUSTAINABILITY COMMITTEE'S WORK WITH THE SCHOOLS, BUT THE INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL COMPOSTING, UM AND THAT'S MADE A REALLY BIG IMPACT ON THE STUDENTS THAT I KNOW THEY'RE IN THAT SCHOOL, AND IT'S JUST REALLY AWESOME. I WILL SINGLE OUT PETE BARNES. GALLO SPEARHEADED THAT EFFORT WITH THE WHOLE CONTACT BETWEEN GETTING THE GRANT AND EXECUTING IT. AND YEAH, I AGREE. THEY'VE DONE A FANTASTIC JOB, AND, UM, I ENJOYED THE VIDEO OF THE CITY MADE ABOUT IT. UM SO FOR THE IDEA, UM, PANEL WE HAD A GREAT MEETING LAST WEEK. WE FOCUSED ON THE DIWALI CELEBRATION THAT IS HAPPENING ON SOMEONE'S BIRTHDAY. UM NOVEMBER 11TH FROM 4 TO 6 IN ROWS RUN PARK. THERE WILL BE A VERY LARGE TENT, UM, FOR THE FESTIVITIES BECAUSE IT MIGHT BE COLD DURING THAT TIME. UM BUT BASICALLY THE EVENT THE INITIAL IS GOING TO BE. WE'RE GOING TO HAVE AN EVENT INSIDE WITH DANCING AND A DJ. THERE'S IT'S AMAZING. TROUPE DANCE TROUPE FROM O C. U THAT IS GOING TO COME AND PERFORM. THERE'S ALSO GONNA BE DANCE WORKSHOPS. UM AND THERE'S GOING TO BE, UM SOME INDIAN HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS TO PLAY INSTRUMENTS THROUGHOUT, SOR THAT'S GOING TO BE A LOT OF FOCUS ON PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY. UM DR CYCLE IS GOING TO BE THE SEE AND, UM APPARENTLY GIVING IS A REALLY LARGE PART OF THIS HOLIDAY. AND SO WE'RE GOING TO HAVE THE FOOD PANTRY AND FOOTBRIDGES HAVE A PRESENCE THERE SO PEOPLE CAN COME AND DONATE AS PART OF THE EVENT AFTER THE EVENT THERE WILL BE, UM, SOME FIREWORKS. AH JUST THE TIME FOR IT TO BE DARK. AND BEFORE WE LOSE EVERYBODY TO THE S, U K, UM AND IT'S JUST IT'S BEEN SUCH A GREAT PROCESS. WE'VE HAD SUCH AN AMAZING FOCUS GROUP. AND, UM, FOR REALLY REALLY EXCITED, SO I HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL THERE. SOMEONE'S GOING TO HAVE TO FILL IN FOR ME ON THE DANCE FLOOR BECAUSE I WILL NOT BE AN INDEPENDENCE. UM BUT I HOPE THAT YOU ALL ARE THERE. UM WE ALSO TALKED ABOUT THE WORK PLAN FOR THE YEAR AND JUST OUR GOALS FOR THE YEAR AND YOU'LL BE GETTING SOME BUDGET NUMBERS PRIOR TO THE BUDGET MEETING, BUT WE'RE PLANNING ON STAYING BASICALLY WITHIN THE SAME BUDGET AS WE HAD LAST YEAR. UM THEN YOU ALREADY WANT TO ONE EVENTS OR GET INCLUDE A WINTER SUPER SUPPER. WHERE UM, WE JUST CHAT. I'M BRINGING SOUP AND RAISE MONEY FOR THE FOOD PANTRY. ANOTHER BUSINESS PARK TOUR. UM AN ADULT TOUCH A TRUCK EVENT WHERE WE CAN TAKE A TOUR OF THE SERVICE CENTER IN THE NAVY IN EVENT AT THE FAULT AMPHITHEATER. AND AS FAR AS OUR BIG ITEM TICKET CELEBRATIONS WERE, THERE'S A THERE'S A DESIRE WITHIN THE PANEL TO DO AND EVENTS ABOUT LETTING THE WOMEN OF NEW ALBANY UM UH, AND THE CONTRIBUTION THAT SO MANY OF THE TRAVELERS IN THIS COMMUNITY HAVE MADE, UM, ALSO THINKING ABOUT ANOTHER JUNETEENTH AND THEN UM, THE WALLY PENDING, YOU KNOW, HOPEFULLY THIS IS A GREAT, [00:30:01] SUCCESSFUL EVENT. UM WE SPENT A LONG TIME TALKING ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD AMBASSADORS PROGRAM. UM WHICHE GROUND STARTQ ONE. SO WE'RE PLANNING A PRE LAUNCH PREPARATION AND A LAUNCH OF THE SUPER SUPPER. SO LOOK FOR MORE INFORMATION ON THAT AND HOW YOU CAN GET INVOLVED. ANY QUESTIONS YOU USE THEM. JUST A SUPER SUPER SUPER SUPER BEFORE SUPPER OR SOMETHING. OKAY FOR SUPPER. IT WAS. THAT'S NOT AN AWARD THREE TIMES THERE. BUT THEY'RE SUPER SOAKERS. MY KIDS WILL BE THEREOR S FURE. YEAH YEAH, I DON'T KNOW. I'LL BE THERE FOR SUPPER SUPPER SO MUCH FOR SUPPER TONIGHT. IT'S A GOOD SUPPER TRAILBLAZER THERE. CHIP CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP THICK UDOKA IS PRETTY GOOD. THAT WAS UNASHAMEDLY. BUT I'M HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. UM, AND KEEP YOU GUYS UPDATED AS, UH, THAT'S PROGRESSIVE, RIGHT? AND YOU HAVE TO GET ON THE CEMETERY RESTORATION ADVISORY BOARD MEETING AND THERE'S NOBODY IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS COMMISSION AND WE MEET AT OUR NEXT MEETING ABOUT THE CEMETERY RESTORATION QUESTION. NOW THAT THEY'RE FINISHED WITH THE WITH THE REPLACEMENT. WORKED UP THERE. THERE'S STILL THE TEMPORARY FENCE AROUND THE CEMETERY. IS THERE ANY PLANS? I THINK WE TALKED ABOUT THIS LAST MEETING? BUT THE GENTLEMAN STILL HAS A PILE OF GRAVEL IN THE CEMETERY. AND THAT PERMANENT OR TEMPORARY FENCES STILL UP AND AROUND SOMETIMES. HANG ON. SEE THAT'S WHY TRY AGAIN. YEAH KEEP YOU MUTED. YEAH OH, NOW IT'S ON. OKAY SORRY. YES. SO UM, YEAH, HIS HIS WORK IS NOW COMPLETE. THERE'S A VARIETY OF OTHER WORK THAT IS ONGOING, SO OUR TEAM HAS GONE IN THERE IN HIS COORDINATING WITH THE ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNERS TO DO SOME CLEARING BEYOND THE LIMITS OF THE EXISTING FENCE ROW. UM AND THEN ALSO THE WOOD FENCE WILL BE INSTALLED YET THIS YEAR, PROBABLY EVEN STARTING SOMETIME THIS WEEK. UM SO OUR GOAL WAS TO JUST KIND OF KEEP IT CONTAINED UNTIL BASICALLY THE FINAL WORK IS DONE. THERE'S SOME OTHER CLEANUP WORK. THERE'S A YOU KNOW A DEAD TREE THAT WILL BE TAKEN DOWN. I THINK THERE'S SOME STUMPS IN THERE THAT NEEDS TO BE GROUND OUT. SO OUR TEAM WILL BE IN AND OUT OF THERE FOR ANOTHER FEW WEEKS, BUT THE INTENT WILL BE TO HAVE THAT WRAPPED UP BY, YOU KNOW, BY BY THE END OF THIS YEAR, SO THANK YOU. YEAH. ALRIGHT ANY CORRESPONDENCE OR COMMUNICATION RECEIVED SINCE OUR LAST MEETING, THE COUNCIL WOULD [9. FROM AGRICULTURAL A G TWO LIMITED GENERAL EMPLOYMENT LG FOR AN AREA TO BE KNOWN AS THE DRUG STREET SOUTH EXPANSION ZONING DISTRICT HAS REQUESTED BY JACK REYNOLDS IN THE THIRD. MR MAN. THANK YOU. SO, AS YOU MENTIONED THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN THIS CORNER HERE SO WEST OF HARRISON ROAD AND SOUTH OF JUST STREETS, WHICH TRANSLATED INTO NEW ALBANY AS JOB STREET, SO THAT 84 ACRE SITE IS LOCATED THERE, SO THE APPLICANT IS PROVIDING ADEQUATE RIGHT OF WAY AND UTILITY EASEMENTS THAT ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE SURROUNDING AREA, SO THE AREA TO BE RESUMED AS HATCHED HERE, SO IT'S CONSISTENT RIGHT AWAY ALONG. BOTH OF THESE FRONTAGE IS SO THE SURROUNDING PROPERTIES ARE ZONED EITHER. UH SAME LG OR TMD, COMMERCIALLY ZONED, UM, DISTRICTS. THERE'S NO NEIGHBORING RESIDENTIAL ZONED AREAS ADJACENT TO THIS PROPERTY, AND SO IT'S A LITTLE HARD TO SEE. BUT IT'S LOCATED RIGHT HERE OUTLINED IN RED, SO IT HAS THE SAME USES AS THE NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES, WHICH INCLUDES MANUFACTURING AND PRODUCTION, OFFICE DATA CENTER RESEARCH AND PRODUCTION AND WAREHOUSE AND DISTRIBUTION USES. AND ALSO CONTAINS CONSISTENT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS FOR ITEMS SUCH AS SETBACKS. ARCHITECTURE 85 FT BUILDING HEIGHTS AND ROOFTOP EQUIPMENT SCREENING. THAT IT WAS VERY SPECIFIC PROHIBITED USES THERE THAT I HAVEN'T SEEN BEFORE. UM LIKE RADIO AND TELEVISION BROADCAST, AND I'VE NOT SEEN THOSE BEFORE IN TEXT. BUT IS THAT COMMON OR DID I JUST MISSED IT IN THE PAST? I BELIEVE THOSE ARE STANDARD. YEAH YOU CAN CALL ME OUT. VERY VERY DELICATELY. YES I DON'T HAVE ANY NOTES FROM RYAN'S SO RIGHT. LEAVE IT UP. YEAH, THANK YOU. ANY ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS ON THE ORDINANCE. THE ORDINANCE MAY BE SET FOR A SECOND READING IN PUBLIC HEARING ON NOVEMBER 7TH AGAIN HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. ALRIGHT. ANY QUESTIONS ON THE ORDINANCE? WE'LL SET THAT FOR A SECOND READING AND PUBLIC HEARING OR [11. RESOLUTIONS AND PUBLIC HEARING] MEETING ON NOVEMBER 7TH. THAT TAKES US TO RESOLUTIONS RESOLUTION ARE 44 2023 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AREA AGREEMENT AND A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH Q. T S N A. L T S ONE LLC FOR THAT SITE NUMBER ONE AND MAKING RELATED AUTHORIZATIONS. IT'S KREISLER. IT'S ME AGAIN. THIS RESOLUTION AUTHORIZES THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AREA AGREEMENT WITH Q T S N A. L T X ONE LLC. THE AGREEMENT PROVIDES FOR 100% REAL PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT FOR 15 YARDS. Q T S IS A PROVIDER OF DATA CENTER SOLUTIONS SPANNING MORE THAN 9 MILLION SQUARE FEET OF MEGA SCALE DATA CENTER SPACE IN NORTH AMERICA AND IN EUROPE. THE PROJECT INCLUDES THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWO DATA CENTERS AND 56.51 PLUS OR MINUS ACRES. THE EXPECTED PROJECT INVESTMENT IS OVER A BILLION DOLLARS PROJECT IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN IN MARCH 2024 AND COMPLETED IN MARCH OF 2025. THE BENCHMARKS FOR COMPLIANCE WILL BE MEASURED, ACCORDING TO THE REVENUE GENERATION PER SQUARE FOOT FORMULA AS ESTABLISHED. FOR THE SPECIFIC BUILDING TYPE IN PREVIOUSLY APPROVED BY CITY COUNCIL. I JUST WANT TO ADD THAT MR NICK BLESSING IS HERE FROM Q. T S. HE'S THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC POLICY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT. HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. ALRIGHT WELL, NECK IF YOU DON'T MIND JUST STEPPING UP HERE AND RAISING RIGHT HAND I'M SCARED. THANK YOU FEEL INTERESTED? MY COLLEAGUE MENTIONED THIS FELT A LOT LIKE HORRIBLE. YOU DON'T LAUGH IN COURT. YEAH WE'RE PRIVILEGED TO BE HERE AND REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO BE PART OF ALBANY COMMITTEE COMMUNITY, I THINK JUST BY SPINNING THE LIMITED AMOUNT OF TIME THAT WE'VE HAD TOGETHER HERE TONIGHT, I THINK WE'RE REALLY GETTING A GOOD DEAL BY HAVING THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE PART OF YOUR COMMUNITIES. AND THANK YOU. THANK YOU FOR LETTING US BE A PART OF IT. THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING US THE BEST. THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING US TO PARTNER AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO MANY MORE FRUITFUL ENDEAVORS WITH YOU. SO WE APPRECIATE THAT. THANK YOU [00:50:04] APPRECIATE THAT. QUESTIONS OF COUNSELING QUESTION. THESE ARE DEAD. THAT CENTERS WHO WILL THEY BE SUPPORTED? WHAT ARE YOU CONTRACTING THAT OUT? GREAT QUESTION. SO Q. T S. UNLIKE MANY OTHER TYPES OF THERE ARE TWO MAIN TYPES OF DATA CENTER PROVIDERS. THERE ARE ENTERPRISE AND CO LOCATION. Q T S IS A CO LOCATION PROVIDER. SO MUCH LIKE YOU WOULD AT LEAST AN APARTMENT BUILDING. WE ARE MULTI TENANT SO WE CAN HAVE ONE TENANT TAKE AN ENTIRE BUILDING 235 10. I DON'T I CAN'T TELL YOU AT THIS MOMENT. PART OF THE REASON WHY THIS IS A VERY VALUABLE TOOL FOR US WHEN WE DEVELOPED IS THAT REAL PROPERTY TAXES ARE INHERENT TO OUR CUSTOMERS, TYPICALLY A PASSED THROUGH VALUE TO OUR CUSTOMERS, SO IT ALLOWS US TO BE MARKET COMPETITIVE. WHAT WE SAY. WHEN I GO INTO A NEW COMPUTER COMMUNITY IS WE CAN ONLY DO SO WELL, THE TOOLS THAT WE ARE GIVEN AND THIS IS AN EXTRAORDINARY VALUABLE TOOL TO ALLOW US TO DRAW ADDITIONAL INVESTMENT. THE BILLION DOLLAR FIGURE THAT YOU'VE HEARD IS PURELY INFRASTRUCTURE AND Q. T S ORIENTED. WE DON'T YET HAVE TENANTS, BUT THIS ALLOWS US TO BE COMPETITIVE IN THE MARKETPLACE TO ATTRACT THOSE TO INVEST IN THIS COMMUNITY. THANK YOU, SIR. HOW MANY JOBS WOULD BE A GREAT I MEAN, HOW MANY? I GUESS YOU LOOK TENANTS EMPLOYEES BE EMPLOYED BY YOUR TENANTS, OR WE GO. OKAY THESE FACILITIES CAN TYPICALLY ALSO INCLUDE CLASSIC OFFICE SPACE. I WORK IN THE DATA CENTER. I'M NOT A TECHNICIAN. I WISH I WAS. UM IT VARIES BY DESIGN AND TENANT AND APPLICATION. WHAT WE'RE SEEING IS THAT TENANT APPLICATIONS VARY AND HAVE VARYING DEGREES OF ATTENTION THAT ARE NEEDED. IT COULD BE ALL CUTE ES EMPLOYEES THAT COULD BE HALF UPS EMPLOYEES HAVE TENANT EMPLOYEES, DEPENDING ON THE TYPE OF CONTRACTS THAT WE HAVE A BALLPARK OF LIKE EMPLOYEE PER SQUARE FOOT OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT, BUT THAT THAT'S PART OF WHAT SUPPORT. I WOULD SAY IT'S GONNA BE NO LESS THAN PROBABLY, YOU KNOW, ACROSS THE INVESTMENT, I THINK YOU'LL PROBABLY SEE CONSERVATIVELY SOMEWHERE. NOTHING. 10 TO 20 Q. T S JOBS, I'D SAY AT LEAST DOUBLE THAT FOR YOUR TENANT PERSPECTIVE AND THEN FROM A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR PERSPECTIVE, WE TYPICALLY LOOK AT ANYWHERE FROM 300 TO 600 FULL TIME CONSTRUCTION WORKERS, DEPENDING ON ACCELERATION PAY, AND THEN TYPICALLY ANYWHERE FROM 50 TO 100 FULL TIME CONTRACTORS THROUGHOUT THE OPERATIONS OF THE FACILITY. BUT IT'S HIGHLY SPECULATIVE BASED ON THE LEAST THAT WE HAVE NOT YET SIGNED THE APPLICATION. THAT'S NOT YET THANK YOU TENANT OR IS IT JUST THE SERVERS? TENANTS ARE GOING TO BE. IT'S JUST THEY'RE GOING TO RENT THE SERVER SPACE. THEY WILL ALSO LEASE OFFICE SPACE FROM US. OKAY YOU MANAGE YOUR COMPANY MANAGED TO SERVERS MAINTENANCE APARTMENT BUILDING WHEN YOU SIGN FOR A ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT WITH NICK BLESSING APARTMENTS LLC. I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR INTERIOR. YOU CAN PUT A COUCH CHAIR. YOU CAN DECIDE. YOU JUST CAN'T MOVE THE FRIDGE. RIGHT UM, THAT'S WHY, AS WE GO THROUGH AND DEVELOP THESE PROJECTS WE TRY AND ALSO DO THEM IN CONCERT WITH OUR TENANTS. IF IT IS A LARGE ENTERPRISE SIZE TENANT, UM SO TO THAT EXTENT THERE IS A THERE IS SOME DEGREE OF VARIABILITY, BUT I AM NOT. IT'S NOT MY DATA. IT IS NOT MY APPLICATION. I'M PROVIDING SECURE. REDUNDANT POWER. UM HARDWARE HARDWARE IN THERE, AND WE CAN PROVIDE SOME DEGREE OF HARDWARE. SO FROM AN ELECTRICAL CONFIGURATION STANDPOINT. THEIR REDUNDANCY AND RESILIENCY. THAT IS A LINE FROM THAT INFRASTRUCTURE FROM TRANSMISSION, TOO. TRANSFORMER TO REMOTE POWER PANEL TWO UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SOURCE. THERE'S A NUMBER OF DEGREES OF PIECES OF HARDWARE THAT INHERENT TO THE BUILDING. BUT ONCE YOU GET DOWN TO A RACK SERVER CAGE FIBER NETWORKING PERSPECTIVE, THAT WOULD BE A TENANT PERSPECTIVE BRINGS IN. YES, SIR. THAT'S WHAT I NEEDED WHEN WE'RE OPERATIONAL. BE HAPPY TO TAKE YOU FOR A TOUR. YEAH BUT I MAKE FACILITIES LIKE THIS DO YOU HAVE ACROSS THE COUNTRY? WE TRY AND COUNT ON CAMPUSES. UM FACILITY WIRES? I DON'T KNOW THAT I'VE GOT A GREAT ANSWER FOR YOU YET. UM WE'RE EXPERIENCING A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF GROWTH. YEAH. SO I WOULD SAY CONSERVATIVELY, PROBABLY 50, OR 60. COMPARABLE FACILITIES, OKAY, BUT I DON'T HOLD ME TO THAT. I HAVE TO ASK BRIAN PERSON. THAT'S RIGHT. YEAH SO I HAVE ONE. HOPEFULLY, IT'S ON THE LIST DOWN FOR YOU. UM JUST A QUESTION, SINCE THIS IS A DATA CENTER, AND I UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENT OWNERSHIP ELEMENTS. OF CONDOMS KIND OF MANY AMAZING WHAT YOU'RE DOING IN TERMS OF HAVING SUFFICIENT REVENUE TO OFFSET THE ABATEMENT. DO THEY HAVE THE ADDITIONAL DATA CENTER CHARGE THAT WE APPLY TO KIND OF A SINGLE COMPANY? DATA CENTER? YES THEY SURE DO. KEEP IN MIND. YEAH THOSE, UM ARE ARE FORMULA FOR DATING DINER CENTERS IS A AGAIN ALONG THE LINES OF THE PER SQUARE FOOT FORMULA THAT WE USE. AND IT WAS CALCULATED BASED ON WHAT THE PROJECT WOULD HAVE OTHERWISE GENERATED. IF IT WAS DEVELOPED AS SOMETHING OTHER THAN DATA CENTER, SO WE'RE GETTING THE BENEFITS OF THE REVENUE WITHOUT NECESSARILY SOME OF THE ADDITIONAL TRAFFIC. UM [00:55:04] BUT DEPENDING ON THE TENANT, YOU COULD HAVE MORE JOBS THAN WHAT WE TYPICALLY SEE IN A DATA CENTER OPERATION. UM WE'RE MORE OFFICE SPACE. IT JUST DEPENDS ON HOW IT BUILDS OUT. BUT THAT FORMULA SETS OUR REVENUE SO WE DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT WHAT THAT JOB CREATION. LOOKS LIKE. I JUST WANTED TO BE SURE THAT WE CAN COVER YEP, THE OFFSET FROM THE ABATEMENT GREAT. OKAY THANK YOU. SO WE'VE CERTAINLY HAD THE, UH, WE'VE BEEN LOOKING AT THE Q T S LOGO ON SOME MAPS FOR A LONG TIME TO FINALLY PUT A YOU KNOW, FACE TO THE TO THE NAME SO TO SPEAK, BUT JUST A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE COMPANY. I MEAN, I KNOW YOU'RE HEADQUARTERED IN KANSAS, UM 9 MILLION SQUARE FEET OF DATA. YOU KNOW, I'M JUST LOOKING AT YOUR WEBSITE RIGHT NOW. BUT JUST, YOU KNOW, MAYBE A LITTLE BIT ABOUT WHO YOU ARE, AND THEN YOU HURT YOU. YOU KNOW THROUGH TONIGHT'S MEETING, AND HOPEFULLY SOME OTHER INTERACTIONS KNOW A LITTLE BIT ABOUT WHO WE ARE. SURE. I'VE HEARD A LOT FROM THE COUNCIL AROUND SUSTAINABILITY. THIS EVENING. THAT'S SOMETHING THAT CERTAINLY CORE TO THE Q T S IDENTITY. UM I WOULD ENCOURAGE YOU IF YOU'RE LOOKING AT THE DOTS ON THE MAP. WHILE YOU'RE ON THE WEBSITE. WE PUBLISH ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY AND GOVERNANCE REPORTS EVERY YEAR. WE'RE ONE OF THE FIRST IN THE INDUSTRY TO DO THAT. WE ALSO DO BRISBY. FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE FAMILIAR, SO SUSTAINABILITY IS SOMETHING THAT WE FOCUSED VERY INTENTLY ON WHETHER IT BE THE TYPE OF POWER THAT WE'RE UTILIZING. WE PRIORITIZED RENEWABLE OR ZERO CARBON WHEN AVAILABLE. UM OR EVEN SIMPLE THINGS LIKE WATER CONSERVATION OR RECYCLING, OR INCLUDING EVIE CHARGING STATIONS OR INCLUDING SOLAR PANELS WERE AVAILABLE. MANY OF THOSE ASPECTS ARE CORE TO OUR FACILITIES. WE ACTUALLY HAD A STANDARD TO GO THROUGH, INSERTED BY ALL OF OUR BUILDINGS, FORMERLY IT WAS LEADING. NOW IT IS ENERGY STAR. BUT THAT IS COMMON STANDARD PRACTICE THAT WE IMPLEMENTED EVERY ONE OF OUR FACILITIES. THE DATA CENTER INDUSTRY AT LARGE IS MEASURED BY EFFICIENCY. AND WHEN YOU ARE SELLING AND LEASING SPACE, MUCH LIKE Q. T S DOES YOU ARE INHERENTLY MOTIVATED TO BE THE BEST STEWARD NOT ONLY OF YOUR PEOPLE BUT OF YOUR RESOURCES AS POSSIBLE AND RESOURCES, NOT INTENDING MONEY RESOURCES, MEANING RESOURCES, POWER, WATER LAND. THOSE ARE ALL THINGS THAT WE ACTIVELY CONTEMPLATE WHEN WE'RE DOING DEVELOPMENT. AND SO FOR US, ONE OF THE OTHER ADVANCEMENTS WE'VE MADE, PARTICULARLY IN TECHNOLOGY. IS TO ELIMINATE A HEAVY RELIANCE ON WATER. SYRIA ACTUALLY ASKED ME MAYBE 2323 TIMES IF I HAD MADE A MISTAKE ON OUR MOU BASED ON OUR WATER CONSUMPTION FIGURES BECAUSE IT WAS SO LOW THAT IS, IN FACT, ACTUALLY HOW WE OPERATE OUR FACILITIES, WHETHER IT BE CLOSE BLUEBIRD DIRECT EXCHANGE, SO THOSE ARE ELEMENTS THAT WE THINK ABOUT. SO IF I WERE TO DESCRIBE TO YOU WHO WE ARE, WE'RE PEOPLE FOCUS THEIR MISSION MINDED WORD TECHNOLOGY ORIENTED. WE'RE HERE. I'M HERE INTENTIONALLY. I WANT TO BE A COMMUNITY MEMBER AND WILL BE A COMMUNITY PARTNER. UM, HEARD A LOT ABOUT WORKFORCE. PART OF THE REASON WE ALSO LIKE THESE PROGRAMS THAT REINVESTS IN OUR SCHOOLS REINVESTED PROGRAMS ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU. AND SO AS WE ESTABLISHED, WE WANT TO BE AN ACTIVE PARTNER. WE WANT TO BE HERE. WE WANT TO BE A PARTICIPANT IN WORKFORCE ADJUSTMENT IN THE COMMUNITY, AND HOPEFULLY WE'RE ONLY HERE WITH ROAST AND GOOD NEWS FOR Y'ALL, BUT UM Q. T S IS A VERY COMMUNITY AND CULTURE ORIENTED ORGANIZATION. I'VE BEEN THERE OVER SEVEN YEARS. NOW THE AVERAGE TENURE OF OUR ORGANIZATION IS A LITTLE OVER FIVE, WHICH IS PRETTY EXTRAORDINARY FROM A CORPORATE PERSPECTIVE. UM WE ACTUALLY RECRUIT VERY HEAVILY FROM ARMED SERVICES AND MILITARY PERSONNEL. UM MAJORITY OF OUR OPERATIONS STAFF COME FROM ARMED SERVICES. WE FIND A LOT OF OVERLAP THERE AND WE WORK WITH THEM AS WELL AS UNDERPRIVILEGED COMMUNITIES. TRY AND PROVIDE WORKFORCE TRAINING UP. SKILLING RE SKILLING AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE MIDDLE CLASS. UM LIKE I SAID, I'D BE HAPPY TO TOUR ANY AND ALL OF YOU ONCE WE HAVE AN OPERATIONAL FACILITY HERE, AND I WOULD CERTAINLY WELCOME AND INVITE FURTHER COMMENTS CONVERSATION, BUT I DO WANT TO BE RESPECTFUL OF THE REMAINDER OF THE BULBS TIME. APPRECIATE IT NEXT. GOOD TO SEE YOU. THANK YOU . QUESTIONS FROM COUNCIL ALRIGHT . WELCOME OPEN THE PUBLIC HEARING. WOULD ANYONE FROM THE PUBLIC LIKE TO SPEAK REGARDING RESOLUTION R. 44? UM IT WAS, YOU KNOW, THE WEATHER DIDN'T COOPERATE, BUT THAT DID NOT SEEM TO DETER FOLKS FROM GOING OUT THERE. I MEAN, THAT PLACE WAS PACKED THEY HAD ABOUT 60 CARS. THERE WAS ONLY A FEW CARS THAT THAT DID NOT MAKE IT OUT THERE. UM BUT SO THEY STILL HAD A PHENOMENAL TURNOUT FROM THE CAR PERSPECTIVE. UM I HAD MY LITTLE NEPHEW OUT THERE. I THINK HE YOU KNOW, WAS JUST ENAMORED BY ALL THE PEOPLE AND THE FUN THINGS AND THE CHICK FIL A COW. UH AND HE ENDED UP GOING INTO THE, UM, GARAGE AND TRUNK OR TREAT TURNED [01:05:01] INTO TOUCH A TRUCK 0.2 FOR HIM, SO HE BUT MOST OF THE KIDS DID STAY OUT AND DO THE TRUCK AND TREES. SO KUDOS TO THE PARK SYSTEM. THEY DID SUCH A GREAT JOB THEY HAD. IT WAS ACTUALLY MORE IN DEPTH THAN I HAD IMAGINED. THEY HAD A GREAT KIND OF THEIR VERSION OF A HAY RIDE THROUGH THE FIELDS. UM YOU KNOW THEY HAD SMOKE AND EVERYTHING COMING UP FROM THE PARKING LOTS. THEY HAD A FIRE. TWIRLERS STUFF OUT THERE. I MEAN, THEY HAD A LOT OF THINGS OUT THERE, SO KUDOS TO THEM. THEY PULLED OFF A GREAT EVENT, AND THEY HAD SOME PHENOMENAL STILT WALKERS. UH YEAH, I WON'T SAY WHO WHERE THOSE CAME FROM. BUT WE MIGHT HAVE GOT A PICTURE WITH THE REALLY, REALLY COOL, TALL ONE. SO UM, YEAH, SO KUDOS TO THEM. SO I RAN INTO BRIAN SMITH DAY. HE THINKS IT DESPITE THE WEATHER , IT WAS STILL THEIR BIGGEST TURNOUT. THEY'RE GUESSING 2 TO 3000 FOLKS. THE BIGGEST PROBLEMS PARKING BECAUSE A LOT OF EVERYBODY ELSE IN DITCHES AND WE WERE GETTING STUCK. THAT WOULD BE THE ONE THING I WAS GONNA SAY. IS SOMEHOW WE'VE GOT TO FIGURE THAT PARKING STUFF OUT, UM, BECAUSE IT GOT A LITTLE CRAZY AROUND THE BASKETBALL COURTS. SO FIRST THEY HAD TUNING FIREFIGHTERS THAT THEY SWORN IN BOTH KEN KINDER AND ERIC FISHER. SO IT'S REALLY NICE TO SEE THOSE GUYS. THE FAMILY EVERYTHING PRETTY NICE EVENT. UM THEY PASSED THE REZONING APPLICATION FOR 62 02 OR 62. 04 WALNUT STREET. UM THE APPLICANT MADE MULTIPLE AMENDMENTS CHANGE THEIR OPERATION OF THEIR HOURS. 100% OF THE SETBACK HEIGHT, THEY GOT DOWN TO 24 9, INCREASED LANDSCAPING, FENCING BOARD AND BATTEN SIDING. UM TO MAKE IT MORE OF A BAR. THEY REALLY TOOK ALMOST ALL THE FEEDBACK THAT THEY GOT FROM THE RESIDENTS OUT THERE AFTER TWO MEETINGS AND INCORPORATED IT. IT'S HAVING GONE THROUGH APPLICATIONS LIKE THIS. THIS IS PROBABLY ONE OF THE UM MOST, UM. AMENDMENTS THAT I'VE SEEN FOR AN APPLICATION OF THAT SIZE SO THAT END UP PASSING . UNANIMOUS UM I DID NOT MAKE IT , BUT THEY DID HAVE THEIR OPEN HOUSE HERE ON SUNDAY. THE 15TH. SO FOR THOSE THAT WERE THERE, HOPE IT SOUNDS LIKE IT WAS A GREAT EVENT. IT WAS A LOT OF NICE STUFF. UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS, IT WAS WELL ATTENDED. IT WAS A GREAT EVENT, EVEN IN SPITE OF THE WEATHER. YEAH I GOT THE HELICOPTER OF THE PHONE MACHINE WAS WORKING AND EVERYBODY EVERYBODY HAD A GOOD TIME WAS FOAM EVERYWHERE. YEAH AWESOME. UM ANYTHING ELSE HERE JUST TO GIVE YOU A HEADS UP THEIR WREATHS ACROSS AMERICA REPRESENTATIVE WITH THE BOY SCOUTS WAS THERE. UM, THEY'RE LOOKING AT DECEMBER 16TH AS THAT EVENT THAT'S COMING UP. UH UM, THEY HAVE NOT ASKED US TO PARTICIPATE AGAIN SOMEWHERE TO LAST YEAR, BUT I ASSUME THAT'S PROBABLY COMING. BUT JUST GIVE THAT ON YOUR CALENDARS. DECEMBER 16TH. UM AND THEY LOOKING AT ABOUT 561 PLUS REEFS. UM, THIS YEAR FOR THAT EVENT. UH UM. AND THEN, FINALLY, THERE WAS QUITE A BIT OF CONVERSATION AROUND THE NEED. TO BEGIN LOOKING AT A FIRE STATION SUBSTATION. UM THEY THREW OUT QUITE A BIT OF IDEAS [01:10:09] AND LOCATIONS. UM UH, ALSO MENTIONED, YOU KNOW, INVOLVING THE CITY AND THOSE DISCUSSIONS WITH GENERAL JOE IS AND PROBABLY OTHER MEMBERS ARE BUT THEY DID. IT DID SOUND LIKE THEY'RE IN A POSITION NOW TO REALLY START GETTING A LITTLE BIT MORE SERIOUS. THEIR RESPONSE TIMES AND SOME LOCATIONS ARE 8 TO 10 MINUTES. WHICH WERE THEM. THAT'S A LITTLE BIT TOO LONG. AND SO THEY NEED ESPECIALLY UP NORTH AND THE CLOSER WE GET TO THE BUSINESS PARK. UM, PROBABLY WARRANTS THAT DISCUSSION OUT THIS TIME, SO NO, THAT THAT'S PROBABLY COMING. AND THAT'S IT. [14. REPORTS OF CITY OFFICIALS] OKAY ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THE UPDATE? REPORTS OF CITY OFFICIALS REALLY DON'T HAVE ANY UPDATES ON PICTURES OF THE CORK. THANK YOU, COUNSEL FOR GOING THROUGH THE MANY, MANY GRIDS SUCH THAT WE COULD SET THE BUDGET WORKSHOP ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 13, AND IT'LL BE A MIDDAY EVENT THIS TIME AND THUS THERE WILL BE LUNCH SERVED PIZZA. NOW YOU KNOW, EAGLES COAST, BUT YOU PROBABLY GET EQUALS A LOT. COUNCIL MEMBER, SEAN MENTIONED FRIENDS IF ANYONE HAS PIZZA, PIZZA PREFERENCES, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. GO VOTE FOR FRIENDS LIKE FRIENDS HAVEN'T HAD THEM. I'M INTERESTED. REALLY YEAH. GOOD STUFF, RIGHT. THAT'S RIGHT. OVER. UM UM HAMBLETON. AND OR 1 61, OR THAT AVERAGE. I THINK IT'S RIGHT THERE AND THAT URBAN URBAN ACTIVIST JIM WHATEVER IT'S TRAINED, RIGHT SPORT ANYWAYS. RIGHT NOW, WE CAN TRY THEM FOR A CHANGE OF PACE USED TO BE THE PURPLE JIM. INTERESTING MEETING GOING TO BE HERE OR IT SERVICES. IT SHOULD BE HERE. IT WILL BE HERE. I CAN JUST MAKE THAT CALL. IT WILL BE HERE. WE MAY BE ABLE TO DO A TABLE SET UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROOM JUST TO MAKE IT A BIT MORE. I DON'T KNOW. DISCUSSION ORIENTED. WE HAVE NEW MIX TO ALLOW THAT WHAT WAS OVER THIS TIME JOURNEY AH! I SENT OUT AN INVITE. I THINK 10 THIRTIES THAT RIGHT? YES. 10 30 TO 3 ON THE 13TH. WE MADE THIS COUNCIL MEMBER WILL TRUMP RIGHT AT THE END, BUT HOPEFULLY WE CAN FIT IT ALL IN. AND THAT'S IT FOR THE QUICK. ALRIGHT ANY UPDATE FROM THE FINANCE DIRECTOR. I HAVE NOTHING TO REPORT OTHER THAN YOU'RE GOING TO BE HEARING FROM ME FOR MEETINGS OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF MONTHS ENOUGH WILL SAVE OUR TIME FOR THEM. ANY UPDATE FROM CITY MANAGER JUST ONE ITEM. WE HAD SOME VANDALISM OVER ROSE RUN LAST WEEK. WE HAD. SOME OF THE PAVER STONES THAT ARE IN THE COUNCIL RING AREA WHERE, UH, VANDALIZED. THEY WERE GRAFFITIED AND SOME WERE THROWN INTO THE CREEK. TREES WERE CARVED ON WITH IMAGES AND SOME HATE SPEECH. SO OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT WENT OUT AND TRIED TO CLEAN IT UP AS BEST AS THEY COULD. UM THEY HAD TO TRY TO STAND DOWN SOME OF THE TRUNKS OF THE TREES TO GET SOME OF THE IMAGES OFF. UM MY GUESS ESTIMATED. IF WE LOSE THE TREES WILL PROBABLY IN THE IN THE RANGE OF ABOUT 5 TO $6000 WORTH OF DAMAGE. SO WE'RE LOOKING INTO THAT A LITTLE BIT MORE POLICE DEPARTMENTS INVOLVED WITH IT. SO ARE WE THINKING CAMERAS IN THAT AREA AT SOME POINT AND EVERYTHING THAT WAS. AN INCIDENT OR IT'S JUST BEEN ONGOING WHERE KIDS ARE OVER THERE, AND THEY JUST KEEP ADDING ON UM SO MIKE INFORMED ME TODAY THAT GRAFFITI IS INCREASING PROBLEM OR GUYS CONTINUE TO GO OUT AND TRY TO CLEAN UP OUR POLICIES. JUST TAKE IT DOWN AS QUICKLY AS WE FIND IT. I THINK GRAFFITI IN THIS PARTICULAR AREA IS PROBABLY A LITTLE LITTLE LESS COMMON. UH BUT IN OTHER AREAS LIKE SOME OF THE UNDERPASSES OF BRIDGES, THINGS LIKE THAT WE'RE SEEING MORE OF IT. YOU KNOW, I THINK. WE'RE CONSIDER LOOKING AT CAMERAS. I HAD A RESIDENT APPROACHED ME WHO WAS SEMI ATTACKED BY A DOG DOWN THERE. THE DOG WAS ON ALONG, LEACH AND, UH SAID, YOU KNOW, SHE TRIED TO FIND OUT WHO WAS TO GO OFF. BUT WITH CAMERAS, THERE MIGHT HAVE BEEN AN OPPORTUNITY AT LEAST IDENTIFY WHO OR WHAT? OCCURRED. AND IF VANDALISM IS HAPPENING, IT'S MUCH LIKE TAYLOR FARMS. I THINK BEING REMOTE LIKE THEY ARE, I THINK WE HAVE TO HAVE SOME EYES. I DON'T THINK IT'S GOING TO PREVENT IT. BUT WE CAN IDENTIFY MAYBE HE WAS DOING IT. THING IS WORTH THE SAFETY OF THE RESIDENTS TO CONSIDER THAT. INSIDE EXTREME MEANING THAT THEY'RE BEING WATCHED THAT THERE CAMERAS EXACTLY. YEAH, YEAH. I DON'T THINK WE HAD HIM MAKE IT VERY CLEAR. YEAH STUFF LIKE THAT HAS NO PLACE HERE, SO WE NEED TO [01:15:05] GET SOME IT'S ALL RIGHT. ALRIGHT ANY UPDATE FROM THE CITY ATTORNEY? NOTHING FOR ME. ALL RIGHT, PULL FROM PUBLIC COMMENT ANYONE FROM THE PUBLIC LIKE TO ADDRESS COUNCIL REGARDING THE [16. POLL FOR COUNCIL COMMENT] MATTER WE COVERED ON TONIGHT'S AGENDA. HOLD FOR COUNCIL COMMENT.
