SO IT'S RESIDENTIAL TODAY, WILL BE RESIDENTIAL WHEN IT COMES IN, AND REDEVELOPED AS PART OF THE NEW PROJECT. ANOTHER QUESTION I HAD WAS WHEN THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT A POSSIBLE TURN LANE, WAS THAT ON 605 INTO THE BACKSIDE OF IT OR SO THAT WAS THE LOCATION WHERE [00:10:03] THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT POSSIBLY, MAYBE MIGHT NEED ONE AT SOME POINT. SO THE ZONING TEXT DOES CONTEMPLATE THE POSSIBILITY OF A LEFT TURN LANE GOING NORTHBOUND ON 605 WHEN THE CVG SITE WAS DEVELOPED BACK IN THE EARLY 2000, THAT WAS EVALUATED BY OUR TRAFFIC ENGINEERING STAFF, AND IT WAS FOUND THAT IT WAS NOT NECESSARY IF THERE IS AND WHEN THERE IS A NEW USER TO THE SITE, THAT'S SOMETHING THAT WE'LL CONTINUE TO EVALUATE JUST TO MAKE SURE THAT THERE'S NO NEGATIVE IMPACT TO THE PUBLIC STREETS.
