SO AS THE TITLE LAYS OUT, MOST OF THE PERTINENT INFORMATION FOR THIS RESOLUTION, BUT THIS RESOLUTION IS NECESSARY IN ORDER FOR ME TO EXECUTE ANY, ANY AND ALL PURCHASE DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING ANY DUE DILIGENCE DOCUMENTS. SO IT'S YEAH, IT'S AN EXPENSIVE EVENT OR ELEMENT OF AN EVENT. ALSO, PYROTECNICO WILL GIVE US BUNDLE PRICING WITH OUR FIREWORKS FOR BOTH JULY 4TH WITH AN ENHANCED FINALE AND WITH OUR DIWALI CELEBRATION.
