REGARDS TO THE ARCHITECTURE. THE APPLICANT IS PROPOSING A BARN STYLE BUILDING WITH STEEL WALL PANELS AND A STONE WATER TABLE. HERE IS THE EAST ELEVATION FRONTING NEW ALBANY CONDIT ROAD. THE PROPOSED BUILDING FEATURES A VARIED ROOF DESIGN AND VERTICALLY PROPORTIONAL WINDOW PANES. HERE YOU CAN SEE SOME OF THE SUGGESTIONS MADE BY ARB BACK IN JANUARY OF 2025, INCLUDING CONTINUING THE WATER TABLE AND EVENLY SPACED WINDOWS. THEY NEED A LAUNDRY ROOM. THEY NEED FOLDING AREA. THEY NEED MULTIPLES OF THOSE. THEY CAN GET THAT ALL WORKING TOGETHER AND THEN MAKING IT AN AREA AS WELL THAT WE DON'T WANT TO, YOU KNOW, PUT SO MUCH OUT ON THIS THING THAT IT'S NOT SLEEPABLE THEY NEED TO BE ABLE TO SLEEP.
